pada saya ok.. rasa cam dier flush out semua kotoran degil dari usus kita.. cara dier cuci tu.. bila dier keluarkan dier keluarkan dalam bentuk cecair tau... (imagine usus tu kena simbah ngan air sabun untuk cuci.. hihi) ..
dari segi kekerapan ader la 2 kali waktu pagi... saya dah try sebulan lebih...
kalo nak try ader jual loose tu.. |

1) perahan lemon + madu
2) minum cuka kurma
3) minum air limau nipis + madu
4) minum psylium husk
