dulu tak pernah reject interview..walaupun x berapa suka dgn company or location, sebab kira mcm nk brush up skill time interview...
tapi sekarang..kalau head hunters tetiba arranged interview sblm inform aku(dulu selalu mcm ni..sbb head hunters tu kwn aku)...terpaksa lah reject....
sebab skrg my dad is my boss...

Apek pernah apply 4 kerja, lepas bagi notis. Yang 1st terpaksa tolak sb masa yg dia bagi apek tak boleh attend, tgh kejar dateline masa tu.

Interview yg ke-2 tu pun nasib baik org tu tolak ansur bagi interview waktu lunch. Berkejar lari dr Damasara pegi Subang  waktu lunch. Yang ke-3 ok dia kata interview hari Sabtu.

Yg ke 4 tak sempat nak pegi, sb dah dpt offer. Terpaksa tolak yg tu....

Tp tips utk job seeker ni, kalau korang tak nak letih pegi sampai 10 interview yg belum tentu dpt, gaji ciput...bla..bla...bla..sebelum apply tu tapis la dulu. Jgn sedap apply je.

problem aku sbg HR generalist yg susun interview, macam2 ragam aku share

1. problem with the head of department dan jugak interviewer, dalam kalendar, nampak je diorg free, sekali bila set interview, terus meroyan kat aku, cakap dia ada meeting tergempar plak dah ngan si polan si polan.... terus terpaksa reschedule balik...

2.candidate beria tanya itu ini, sekali time interview, candidate tak mai (ni yg aku hangin, terus aku blacklist/banned resume dia dalam akaun jobstreet company aku) perihal tak mai interview ni better uolls beware, pasal company tak teragak2 utk blacklist terus resume anda di jobstreet, mahupun among the headhunters

3.candidate dah apply, tapi sekali bila call, cakap tak minat la, tak tahu pernah apply la, yg ni pun tlg la bertimbang rasa skit

4. tak prepare documents, ni bnyak kali jadi, malas nak komen...

usually aku search candidate kat LinkedIn je, contact org tu, tanya ok ke tak offering company aku, terus schedule interview, terus jimat kredit jobstreet nak buat posting... dan usuallu hiring through LinkedIn ini amat tinggi keberkesanannya

tak pernah reject interview, tapi pernah blah dari tempat interview sebab lambat sangat..

ada satu company, one of book publishers kat malaysia ni, interview main2.. guna aku kau je.. lepas je keluar supposedly tunggu untuk 2nd stage, tapi sebab rasa cam tak professional terus aku angkat kaki..

satu lagi company, janji start interview pukul 9, candidates dah sampai, resume dah sent, writing test dah jawab.. dok tunggu giliran kena panggil dari pukul 9.30 sampai pukul 12.30 sorang pun tak dipanggil lagi.. dahla hari jumaat and ambik half day je masa tu.. blah terus.. tengok2 pukul 1.00 hantar sms cakap i/view start lepas solat jumaat..

terus aku reply "sorry i don't play with my time"

company i , company konglomerat terkemuka kat malaysia, walaupun terpalit dgn sedikit calitan kontrobersi

esok ada 5 back to back interview i kena handle mamapea, hopefully semua calon ok ok belaka..., jngan la ada yg buat perangai

nak share gak kisah, kalau uolls semua ada hutang piutang bagai, elok la clear elok2, baru je tadi kami reject sorg calon pasal CTOS check dia tak lepas, sayang, experience bagus, tp bad record on CTOS, and we caught him dia pernah buat fraud case, walaupun dah selesai kes dia, tapi we all reject jugak, takmau nanti kami plak yg dipersoalkan nanti.....

teruknya company ko pegi interview tu... kalau aku, we need to respect the candidate, usually tukang interview from the respective department tu tngah busy, in my case, aku dtg terus kat candidate, mohon tunggu sekejap, sal interviewer tngah meeting bagai, at least candidate tak de la cam org dungu tunggu2 gitu je...

pernah reject interview sebab jauh dari rumah range gaji yang ditawarkan tinggi sikit dari kerja sekarang. bila dah buat calculation sewa rumah, tol, petrol, semua bil. erkkk saving dengan gaji sekarang lagi banyak dari gaji yang ditawarkan ni. so better ai reject interview tersebut. sekian.

company ko ni finance institution ke sebab finance institution je selalu suka check ctos candidate. dulu kt tempat keje lama aku, dah jmp candidate yg sesuai tp blacklist plak ctos dia... terus x jd ambik candidate tu.

aku nk komen skit pengalaman aku masa pi interview dulu,  org yg terlibat dlm interview tu... hantar la org yg berkaliber skit. ni htr wakil yg x reti nk interview org. terus aku pangkah takmo keje kt situ wpun dorg offer.

tak, property and retail, dan ini adalah guideline dari BOD kami effective 1st january lepas

yg kelakarnya, bila aku run report CTOS tu on existing staff, yg join prior 1st january 2016 lepas effective tu, ada sorg dua yg tak lepas, , aku pandang sinis je diorg time selisih kat ofis...

nak share gak cerita, most of disspointed candidate yg aku jumpa, adalah melayu, semalam, mmg aku frust, ada satu position ni mmg nak pakai org, last2 kami jumpa lah org yg sesuai, interview pun ok, tup tup, sejam dua sebelum nak amik offer letter, trus cakap yg dia dah ada offer lain, and siap cakap not hesitate to join company kami in the future.... sebulan kami tnggu notice period dia, last2 dia buat taik, mmg buang masa tenaga aku, memalukan kaum je   part cakap not hesitate to join kami in future tu yg aku menyampah, sorry la dek, ahkak dah shred resume ko dan blacklist resume ko dalam jobstreet akaun syarikat ahkak.... please be more meticulous next time.....

ni pun siang td baru done meeting ngan recruiter, outsource kan recruiter search, tak mau pening kepala, tapi it is not good for the company to spend too much money paying for the recruiter, beribu jugak terbang.....last month kami beli sorg candidate ni utk position yg panas, pun kena sound ngan BOD,.....

for those yg deal ngan HR ni, please la, please be more profesional, HR recruiter ni bukak senang, kena pperah otak dan tenaga nak find the right candidate

macam mana company byr kpd recruiter? husband iols keje bidang IT.... hari2 ada je recruiter call tanya nk cari keje tak? ada yg duplicate caller, HR company call, recruiter pun call utk jawatan yg sama. bila candidate yg recruiter cari tu berjaya diterima di company, recruiter kira dapat komisen ke?
