ya tuhan... actually boleh dapat butt yg cantik free of charge tak payah beli apa2.


rajinkan diri buat squats (bertinggung, then berdiri, buat byk kali, tiap hari). serasa saya tak sampai sebulan pun butt dah naik cantik. maybe seminggu dua dah nampak kesan. selain tu, dapat jugak bakar kalori sikit sebanyak.
dan paling best, pakai seluar dalam ke, bogel ke, butt still sama je rupa.

hadui la....even montot sy leper tak penah terfikir nak pakai panties yg fake ni....ape tujuannye? nak bg nmpk lentik & menghairahkan? let it be original...sama le mcm pakai bra padding tebal2....sumbat tisu & so on....menipu diri namanya.....those yg tgk u naked (your hubby) yg tau how pretty & ugly are you.....so tak pyh la pretending....

ha ha... saya ni dok working out these days. dulu2 butt normal je tapi lepas beranak pinak hubby ada mentioned nampak tak naik. saya tak kisah sgt pun, sebab bukan niat nak butt mengancam pun, we live our lives to fulfill our parts as god's servants kan.

then after a while of working out, tak lama pun, mcm few weeks, hubby mentioned eh kenapa lately nampak butt saya naik?? dia tanya ada buat apa2 ke? saya ckp entah la... saya work out je, normal routine and moves, dan antaranya mmg ada byk squats.

then.....saya googled dan googled... mmg ada mentioned yg squats boleh naikkan butt. in my case, coincidence je la. bukan niat nak naikkan butt pun. but...it's a plus la he he.

mgkin sbb sy tak buat betul2.....mmg kene buh kayu straight melintang kat atas bahu ke? klu buat squats tnpa bantuan pape alatan ok jgk kan....buat tu mmg ketar rase kaki menahan....hihihi! takpe, lps ni sy nak taat squats kot2 leh mantapkan butt....boobs sy dok guna dumbell tu....plus apply cream & ambik supplement....sshnye jadi ppuan.....haishhhh! i live my lives but juz to please mr hubby kan....

asalnya saya buat squats semata sebab nak naikkan heart rate, bila buat tu, jantung pump darah kencang la jugak.

mula2 mmg buat sikit je, tapi as i went along i got stronger, i did 100 squats per day. kalau rajin buat dua kali sehari (selalunya tak rajin he he).

now dah tak buat dah 100 squats tu sebab saya incorporate lain2 strength workouts, cardio etc. ada la sikit2 squats dlm tu but no more 100s like i used to do before.


to those yg wondering...masa hubby mula noticed tu, saya still dok buat dlm 20 squats per day je.

just berdiri, then tinggung, diri, tinggung. tu je.

takde pegang ape2 pun he he.


tapi if pegang dumbbell i think lg bagus la. tapi masa tu saya takde dumbbell so memang just takde beban at all. mula2 buat biasa... dah kuat sikit saya depa kan tgn ke depan. that was it.
