salam..

Sebelum ni aku dpt offer kje ngn satu company ni..da sign offer letter..strt kje 1/10 ni..
aku ingt nk cancel kje ngn cmpny tu..sbb aku dpt better offer strt kje 2/10..

hari ni aku dpt emel dr HR company yg aku da sign offer letter tu nk saman aku..(sebulan gaji)..
sbb dlm aggrement ada tulis la..mana aku nk cekau duit nk byr..
hadoii..cmne ni ek?? ada sapa2 leh tlg x??

kadang2 ada co. bodoh cam co. aku dulu Japanese co...probition period pun 2months notice resign ok

kadang2 ada je company yg benggong letak syarat mcm2 neh...

cer TT baca balik agreement dia kalau nak resign. Kalau opis aku, probation period resign notice 2 bulan. Kalau dah confirm 1.5 month.. kalau 24 hrs burn gaji jer...

tapi setahu aku, even ko dah sign acceptence letter pun... ko still leh decide sama ada nak pegi ke tak. Cer ko tepon pejabat buruh... kalau ada loop hole yg ko leh kuar dr agreement ni. Kadang2 company cina ni mmg mcm sial sikit, suka nak pekena org..

aku ckp la kt hr td..mana ada duit nk byr..dia ckp tu u pnya personal..sbb dlm aggrement ada tulis aku kne byr sebulan gji..
dlm aggrement tu pon ada tulis gk klo x slh aku..dia tulis klo x dtg kerja dlm 48jam..terus kne terminated..without notice..

Dah sign letter of appointment, means valid utk saman. Kalau dia dh ckp mcm tu, & hang nk p jugak 2nd company, then tunggu jer la surat dr lawyer company tu

Slalu dlm appointment letter, akan stated, notice period within probation & notice period after confirmation. Sbg org yg bertanggungjawab, sepatutnya ikut la perjanjian yg sama2 dipersetujui.

48 jam tu standard la mcm dlm employment act, kalau tak hadirkan diri within 2 days without notice @ fail to notify @ attempt to notify employer, the employee deem to terminate himself

Some company let go jer kalo candidate tak turn up sbb mls nk pjg citer & hire jer 2nd candidate. But some company nk ajar skit candidate sbb involved cost & masa company...

ps: sorry pening skit arini...kalau nk clarify lagik, sila ty in detail

banyak ke yang second kompeni tu offer ?
kalau lebih beratus-ratus rugi la tolak kan...
kalo stakat 50-100 lebih baek ko stay dlu kije
kat first kompeni tu... lagipun da sign agreement kan...

pehal lak nak saman.. kat agreement tu ada tulis ke kalau cancel kena saman? takde kan
so... baik ko buat dabel cek kat pejabat buruh

attendance pon x punch lagi
apehal kena bayar dia lak kan..

nak refer labor office pun kena tgk gaji hang jugak...klu rm2.5k depa akan suh hang refer kat industrial court...
tp since hang x start keja lagik, mmg xder maknanya hang nk refer sana...

cer hg detailkan lagik kes hg ni....kot bleh disuggest apa yg sesuai dibuat....
belajar jd sorg yg bertanggungjwb & berdisiplin....jgn men langgar jer....
thats how we shud live our life....
