[Jang Nara's Plans]
Korean Wave star Jang Nara started preparing for her 5th album.
Last October 5 in her hompepage "www.narajjang.com", Jang Nara informed her fans that she is preparing for her 5th album and music video.
"I will be spending more time in Korea from now on." The singer/actress also revealed that she feels like a new singer.
After returning to Korea for a short time, she will again leave for Beijing, China, where she will record her 5th album.
Jang Nara released her 4th album "My Story" in 2004. After her 4th album promotions, she concentrated on her Chinese activities.

Another Korean Waver continues making her mark in China... Jang Na-ra! Jang Nara met with a 12-year old Chinese girl who had suffered severe trama and burns to her face. The young girl had written to the singer that after all she has been through, Jang's music helped her keep a positive outlook on life... During an autograph signing event at a department store, Jang met the young girl. She had brought origami stars for the singer and in return, Jang Nara gave her a huge hug and promised to meet again whenever she was in the region! Jang Nara continues working abroad in China - we hope to see her back in Korea soon!

[Jang Nara, "I like cooking but nobody eats it"]
Jang Nara held an interview with a Japanese newspaper prior to the DVD release of 'Success Story of a Bright Girl' in Japan.
Sankei Sports met with Jang Nara in Seoul in regards to the DVD which is to be released on the 6th of the coming month.
Jang Nara commented, "I hope everyone in Japan will watch it," while Sankei Sports mentioned her love of Japan.
She said she visits the Nagashima Onsen near Nagoya on her free time and always buys traditional Japanese snacks called Jagariko and also enjoys Japanese Ramen along with books by Murakami Haruki and Murakami Ryu.
She also mentioned she liked the movie 'Death Note' directed by Ganeko Shunsuke commenting, "I like Matsuyama Kenichi who played Detective L and would like to meet him. I would like to make a castle made of cookies for Detective L who likes sweets."
Sankei Sports also reported that Jang Nara who played the super maid in the series aired in 2002 likes to cook and does so often, but nobody eats it.

[Singer Jang Nara To Hold Solo Concert In Beijing]
Korean pop star Jang Nara will be the first Korean singer to hold a solo concert in Beijing.
Jang's father and actor Ju Ho-seong announced that Jang's concert will take place over two days, starting on June 8th. The pop star is currently serving as a goodwill ambassador promoting the 15th anniversary of Korea-China diplomatic ties.
In the first part of the concert Jang will be dressed in Chinese garb and perform in Chinese. She will show off Korean dance and songs in the second part, followed by a harmony-themed performance in the third part.
Concert producer Ju plans to turn the performance into a harmonious stage, combining traditional Korean dance and Chinese storytelling with Jang's singing and dancing.

Jang Nara, who has enjoyed great success with her 5th album, 'Calling Love,' is slated to hold a special concert celebrating 15 years of friendly relations between Korea and China on June 8 and 9, at a major Beijing concert hall. Jang Nara, who has also been designated one of Korea's PR ambassadors, plans to invite an impressive list of popular Chinese stars and share the stage. In an attempt to put on a distinctly Korean yet Chinese show, a great deal of special preparations is reportedly underway.
