dipaksa tandangan surat resign.

Mintak tolong nak tanya kat sini.camni adik aku dia kerja kat company swasta ni baru sebulan.patutla smua pekerja tak tahan lama paling lama pun 3bulan.harini dia dipaksa sign surat resign alasan nya smlm dia tak sihat sgt jadi dia balik setengah hari tupun dh pukul 2ptg sampai budak opis dia hantar sbb tak larat sgt jadi dia lupa nk sms bos dia dia pesan kat budak opis dia je.jadi hari ni dgn alasan tak bgtau ni dia dipaksa sign surat resign.soalannya kat sini mcm mana diaorg kira gaji.bln ni kan pendek.dia kerja dlm 13hari camtu sbb ada skali anak dia masuk spital.sbb nya ada bdk kat situ kerja 3hari dlm bln januari lepas hanya dibayar 60rm.basic dia 1900.kalau less boleh tak dia bawak hal ni ke jabatan buruh.pls advice!tq

kalu cm tu biasanya dierang byr ikut harian je....kwsp sekiranya ada masuklah jua walau sikit

cth:1900 bahagi berapa hari kerja dlm 1bln

1900(gaji)/24(jumlah hari bekerja)=79.16sen sehari
sejam=9.99sen
kalu bkerja 13hr misalkata:
13x79.16=1029.08

sekian jumlah gaji RM1029.08

balance mmg x dpt ler...
nk bwk pjbt buruh muleh tp nnti pjbt muruh ade konsultant bg bincang...
bkn isu gaji,mungkin isu berhenti paksaan tanpa sebab..

24 hari bekerja ni termasuk sabtu dan ahad ke?itula dia risau sbb pekerja yg lepas kerja 3hari dalam bln januari dapat hanya 60rm tak ditunjukkan kiraan

sabtu ahad tak masuk biasanya
terpulang pada kompeni punya prosedur bayaran
setengah tu sabtu alternat working hour, jd tak boleh nk ckp lebih
kalau mmg fix 5 hr saja bekerja kiranya 20 hr je kn?

Ada itu la sy pun ada tya kawan2 depa pun kata 20hari kalau let say la dia bg less than 1k sbb kira gaji kan 20hri ke 24hri ke tetap 1k plus kan blh tak bwk g buruh ?

kalu ahchong & frenz ask 1st got payment or not.. salary  1st then sign ...if not complaint..

if fames company .. -- got to hr complaint .. got issue.. got labour law

Hahahhaa adoi tekena jugak ke?tak ni kat damansara.adik aku bln lepas keje 4hari diaorg bayar 270 sahaja.siap potong sejam balik awal 15minit 9.90 tak tau la cmna depa kira basic 1900.tak jaga kebajikan pekerja lansung.anual leave 8hari je bia betik.jgn kan kopi gula pun tak provide dia ckp staff welfare dia tak jaga.first time dgr kampeni kedekut cmni

Boleh tau tak apa tindakan diaorg sebab dlm surat sain tu ada kata yg dia boleh suruh resign n terminate anytime cmtu without reason tp reason dia tula sbb tak bgtau sakit tu.

Tengok surat appoiment but the way i see it, cuma ponteng sehari sahaja...
just call pejabat buruh dan tanya...see apa derang kata... i selalu call kalau ada yang i tak sure...

Itula suposely mcm tula skang dia risau dgn cara dia kira gaji je sbb dh cek mmg salah cara kiraan dia.dia byr cara yg paling sikit
