Basic: RM 3,500 – RM 7,500
Develop and execute recruiting plans Research and recommend new sources for activeand passive candidate recruiting. Regular follow up with managers to determine onthe effectiveness of the recruitment plans and implementation. Involve in research to get alternative ways insourcing of candidates. Conduct pre-screen, interview and accesscandidates’ competencies with the position requirements. Prepare and sending offer packages. Liaise with agencies for resourcing activities. Perform other special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Studies/ Administation/Management etc. Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment preferablyin banking industry. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment. Excellent in English and Bahasa Malaysiacommunication, for both, spoken and written. Motivated and credibility to deal with people atall levels. Able to start immediately. Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur. 5 positions available.
