Basic: RM 3,500 – RM 7,500

• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Research and recommend new sources for activeand passive candidate recruiting.
• Regular follow up with managers to determine onthe effectiveness of the recruitment plans and implementation.
• Involve in research to get alternative ways insourcing of candidates.
• Conduct pre-screen, interview and accesscandidates’ competencies with the position requirements.
• Prepare and sending offer packages.
• Liaise with agencies for resourcing activities.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Studies/ Administation/Management etc.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment preferablyin banking industry.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Excellent in English and Bahasa Malaysiacommunication, for both, spoken and written.
• Motivated and credibility to deal with people atall levels.
• Able to start immediately.
• Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
