JOB DESCRIPTION
- Servicing and provide support to existing customers as well as establishing new customers base
- Understand customer's need and requirement and recommend suitable product
- Attend to customers' inquiry on purchase order, delivery dates and etc
- Compile sales data on daily order intake, delivery report on daily and monthly basis
- Monitor issuance of customer feedback and complaint
- Coordinate with Logistic Department for delivery matters
- Provide marketing support functions for sales department
- Cross sell company products and services


REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ SPM/ STPM in any field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Sales and Marketing
- Preferably Junior Executives specialing in Sales - Engineering/ Technical or equivalent
- Full-time position(s) available
- Must be proactivr, enthusiastic, aggressive and team player
- Able to speak in Mandarin or Chinese dialects will be an advantage
- Candidate will be based in Cheras Jaya, Selangor
