Job Descriptions:




  • Handling inbound calls using standard processes to respond to enquiries raised by customers.
  • Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems to meet their satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients.

         
         



Requirements:



  • SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.
  • Fresh Graduates Degree / Diploma are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant interactive personality with good customer service skills.
  • MUST be able to work on 24/7 rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Professional job training will be provided for successful candidates.
  • Open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
