• Identifies and handles customers’ inquiries completely and accurately.
  
• Process transactions accurately and respond to customers or clients requests efficiently.
  
• Resolves issues and service complaints to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
  
• Ensure organization's service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.
  
  

Requirements:

• Fresh Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Management or any related field.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  
• Independent, self-confident and highly motivated.
  
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
  
• MUST be able to work on a rotating shift.
  
• Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates.
