Job Responsibilities:
• Proactively source, identify and approachpotential candidates.
• Reviewing applicants, interviewing, assessingcandidates and listing for interview to the client’s requirements.
• Work directly with new & existing clients tounderstand their recruitment needs and expectations. Follow-up and maintaingood relationship with clients & candidates.
• Oversee all media job advertisement, online jobposting, internal website, newspaper & other medium.
• Perform other administration duties as and whenrequired.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/BusinessStudies with 1 year experience in Human Resources/Customer Service.
• Excellent communication skills in English andBahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a team to achieve individual andoverall team objectives.
• Structured, analytical, well-organized and ableto work within tight deadlines.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, willingto learn, develop and progress in recruitment.
• Open to MALAYSIAN citizens only.
