ANEKA RESEPI POPIA [SPRING ROLL]

Hi, saya org baru.. Ada tak sape2 pernah makan popia Paddy Field( nama stall tu)  kat Subang Parade tak? Sedap...Ada 3 choice of sambal either original, sambal or sweet. Rasanye much better dr Sisters punye popia.

tak penah jumpa pun stall mcm tu kat Subang Parade...
kat mana erkk...nak jugak rasa...
tapikan..
me prefer original popia yang selalu jual kat tepi jalan by mamak..itu lagik puas makan..lagik sedap sebab rasa semua..walaupun tk banyak rencah dia..
inti dia just sengkuang yang dimasak..tauhu hancur dgn udang kecik..taugeh..bawang goreng..

Ohhh kat Subang Parade tue ke !!!!!!!Pernah le nampak tapi tak pernah rasa. Patutlah kadang-kadang nampak ramai orang kat stall tue. Halal ke ?

shida suka popia basah. sedap sangat. kalau balik kampung mesti beli popia kat kuala. intinya sengkuang, taugeh, bawang goreng & penyedapnya udang goreng rangup dihancurkan.

nak buat kulit dia ni payah sikit. kena melenggang orang panggil. tak pernah buat pun. beli lagi senang. tapi kalau buat sendiri lagi best sebab boleh makan banyak. pernah tengok dlm tv, kat penang famous dengan popia ni. chef wan pi tengok orang lenggang kulit popia.

Popia basah.. mmm kt kuching ni biasa jumpe yg cina jual, RM1.50 gitu. sedap.! inti dia sengkuang parut, togey, isi ayam, kacang goreng tumbuk, sos cili, kacang panjang. macam2 lah... pokoknya enak!

stail tu lerr me suka..popia basah..!!
kalau balik penang..mmg pegi carik..

penah tgk orang lenggang kulit popia...seketul tepung yang gemok tu..terus lenggang atas pan..cepat laks tu...dush..dush..

beza laks...
selalunya..orang mamak jer yang dok jual popia nie..kat pasar malam or tepi jalan..
popia yang lain tu..dia kering skett..mcm dah jadik popia upgrade!

kacip, kat kuala kangsar oran melayu yang jual popia. kat kl ni dulu ada sekali tengok mamak yang jual.

shida nak try buat kulit popia tu le. memang tepung dia pejal tu. dia buat seketul & lepas tu layangkan atas pan.

macam mana pulak dengan sos popia? ada resepi tak?

macamana bila kita goreng popia, nak jadikan dia tak serap minyak lembik?

kalau baru2 lepas angkat tuh elok la garingnya, tapi dah lama sikit, dah lembik.

kita pakai kulit popia yang frozen dah siap tuh aje.

sos popia

bahan2:

2 biji bwng merah
3 bijik bwng putih
lada kering (blender) dalam 5 sudu
gula merah (2 sudu)
gula pasir sikit
tepung jagung
asam jawa
air

cara2:

tuang air dalam periuk dan panas kan air..
agak2 air nak didih tu masukkan cili blender tu..
masukkan bawang merah and putih..
tunggu hingga didih
then masukkan gula merah
masukkan air asam jawa
thyen masukkan gula..bagi dia rasa manis2 masam..if nak pedas buh cili lebih
then bancuh tepung jagung sket ngn air..
masukkan ..bagi kuah pekat..angkat.....

saiz bahan2/kuantiti  tuh agak2 lah yer...

ok siap..
selamat mencuba..

p/s: resepi nih yg catz guna masa buat bisnes popia dulu...part time...

titanium, popia ada versi goreng & tak goreng. me lebih suka yang tak goreng. kalau yang goreng pun ada 2 version. siap bersira atau sos asing.

oop sori, sambung lagi isi dia fresh carrot, fresh timun, kacang tanah hancur, sengkuang either stim or masak, ada dua lagi isitu crunchy, satu definitely telur garing hancur (I think) satu tu tak tahu, and sos either original, sambal atau sweet. I suka sambal dan sweet. Kulit popia tu pulak ada letak black sesame seed, something different.
