aku pon penah frust gak dlu... aku nangis 1 ari tu je...
then esoknyer aku da ceria..aku mlas nk pk pasal diyer lg..wat pe nk pk orang yg da x sayang kat kita lg... |

tiada yg lebih baik...melainkan hang out ngan kawan2 yg sekepala n yr family...ingat ader yg lebih baik dr yg da sedia ader..huhuuuu |

bercuti apa bulan pose nih weh, tah cam sunyi jer aku tak leh berlakun or berpura2 cam org lain, aku gi opis sunyi balik umah lagi sunyi, aku leh gi shopping complex jer tak sunyi but balik umah same problem |

dora pun pernah frust dulu..
malam2 teringat tuh nangis jer kerjanya..
duk pikir..apa salah doara..
tapi..2-3 hari jer kot gitu..
motivasi sendiri..cakap kat diri..bukan kita yg rugi..tapi dia yg rugi tak dapat kita yg best nih.hehehhe
kedian..sibukkan diri ngan keje..avoid duk sorang..keluar ngan kawan2..ngan family..banyakkan doa..n lastly..cari org baru..masa tuh kita takkan teringat sangat pada yg lama.. |

3) solat istikarah, hajat dll (mohon doa lupakan si dia)
4) bykkan aktiviti (sebukkan diri)

8. Write 20 or more of your good qualities and keep reading them over and over, adding as you think of some. It's important to remember that you are a beautiful, amazing person and you will find love again.
9. Let time pass. The more it goes, the easier it will get. Time does heal all.
10. Remember, there's a reason why he's out of your life. Be free!
