Windows system corupt..help

aku ade problem dgn windows XP aku..

ble on die kuar mcm ni

Windows could not boot becuase the following file is missing or corupt:
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM





mcm mane aku nak solve masalah ni..kalau boleh tak mau format.

dan mengapa masalah ni timbul?

mungkin tak shutdown elok2 kot.
atau mungkin antivirus terdelete .

cara nak recover balik, leh gunakan cd windows, boot cd tu dan guna repair console.
copy/respair that missing item. kena cari command dia kat google, aku tak ingat.
