JobDescription :-
- Handling inbound calls and e-mails regarding hotel reservation and enquiries.
- Ensure prompt and accurate answering of all incoming correspondences with regards to hotel reservation.
- Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations by phone, fax, mail, internally and through corporate reservations centre or travel agencies.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- To explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies to callers.
Job Requirements:-
- SPM /Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in Reservations Department/ Hotel or as a Customer Service /Telemarketing.
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
- Must able to start immediately.
