hye sume..sye baru lagi kat board F&B nie...nak tanyer, ade sespe yang ade resipi cara berlauk yang bes tak?  xpenah lagi buat, tpi suke makan..hehe

simple aje
yg tepung tu buat mcm biasa cuma jgn taruh pandan.
utk daging tu lak'
apa yg ana buat ialah.....dgn sedikit minyak ana tumis bawang putih.bawang merah and also halia yg di blend...bila dah naik wangi ana bubuh daging cincang halus tu...bila dah empuk daging..ana masukkan bawang besar yg dipotong dadu...masak lagi sikit...make sure bawang tu potong halus le. bila dah kering, ana bubuh serbuk lada hitam garam. and bubuh sikit daun sup and daun bawang....,make sure kering.jgn byk minyak or byk air
masa masak tepung...bubuh lebih sikit dr setengah  bubuh daging tadi and bubuh cili merah yg di potong kecik and also tabur lagi daun sup....tutup sehingga masak..then angkat.....dah leh makan

agak2 leh tak wat kat loyang, bakar dlm oven (kes tak sabar,sbb  siap je satu acuan abis,abis adunan... kuih pun abis kui!kui! tak sempat idang pun).....sdapnya...terutama bila daging dia tu ada rasa kari sket....
