    Panadol ...kalau kita sakit kepala kita ambil 2 bjik kan...utk 1 kg daging kita guna 2 bijik, tak kan nampak eksan apa2...cuma daging akan lembut la...tu aja...

nie cara yg paling natural skali...
senang jer...dijamin daging tue akan empuk n lembut tau..

mula2 rebus daging tue( tak payah masuk kan sudu n etc)... , bila air dah start mendidih cepat2 tutup ngan tudung periuk..pastu padamkan api... biarkan jer sampai suam2...

lepas agak-agak air dlm periuk tue dah suam2, hidupkan api dapur balik..jgan bukak tudung periuk tue, biarkan jer...api biar sedang2...jgn besar k...

dlm 20 minit tutup api, tgk lar dah lembut ke belum../
so far zara buat menjadi jer..lembut taw daging tue..takyah masuk2

selamat mencuba............

tak jugak..ada gak yg rebus lama tapi tak lembut  mcm cara yg zara wat..
cubalar try..slalunya kalau zara masak daging masak kicap sewaktu dengannya memang
zara buat cara camtue..memang lembut n tak liat... =)

mak sy dia guna periuk...ada timer...dia masak daging dalam tu sampai bunyi...tot...tot..tot...
kira cam rebus guna wap la kot
periuk apa tak tahu la...aku tahu makan aje..tapi memang lembut sungguh....sedar2 3 mangkuk rendang abis...
lain2 tak pasti la....
seknag nka tahu beras apa baik utk ketupat

aku biasa rebus pakai slow cooker je..
pakai high temp..
agak2 nak masak kul 12 tghari tu..
ku rebus kul 8-9am..

    tak jugak mod, kalau beli daging kotak atau indian top side tu payah nak lembutnyer..masak la 2 jam baru la lembut sikit, maklum le..bukan daging lembu pun , daging kerbau..

Semasa kat kedai tadi terjumpa satu bahan iaitu 'pelembut daging'.Ia berupa serbuk putih.Saya terus  ...

salam kak..saya pelajar foodservice mgt..jd penah guna meat tenderizer ni dalam eksperiman hri tu..

cara nak guna, akak perapkan sama2 dgn bahan lain..mksudnya jangan basuh..
pastu akak kena cucuk2 sikit daging tu biar meat tenderizer tu masuk dlm daging..

kalau akak xcucuk, yang lembutnya bhagian luar je..
enzyme tak react dgn tissue bahagian dalam, sebab tu lembut luar je..
jadi akak kena cucuk dulu.. :-)

pastu..nak bgtau, meat tenderizer ni tak bahaya..sbb ianya guna enzyme papain..
enzyme tu terdapat dlm daun betik..
kalau nak lembut daging, boleh jugak rebus dgn daun betik.. :-)

daging ni jadi liat sbb adanya connective tissue..connective tissue tu urat2 daging tu..sbb tu kalau cucuk2 dgn garfu pun boleh jadi lembut sbb connective tissue dah hilang, pastu kena potong melintang dr urat sbb tak nak connective tissue byk dlm seketul daging yg kite nak masak tu.. =)
