Berat badan kita tidak akan terus menurun dan ia terdiri daripada 4 faktor ini iaitu lemak, otot, tulang dan air. Salah satu sebabnya berat tak berubah adalah disebabkan lemak menyusut namun jisim otot tidak berubah atau mungkin bertambah. Otot adalah lebih tumpat seperti batu.

defisit kalori gaisssssssss

iols jaga makan dari last year august.. from 63 to 53 now.. and ongoing..

paling2 penting kalori yg masuk kena lagi kurang dgn yg keluar. tu je.

calorie in > calorie out = gain
calorie in = calorie out = maintain
calorie in < calorie out = loss

Tgh mood diet sekarang ni. Elok2 dh turun 3kg, mcm nak naik balik gara2 nak raya. Lepas raya sambung diet semula. ????????

Betul, nak turun berat badan ni yang penting calorie deficit. Ada deficit, pasti turun. Cepat atau lambat je. 80% pemakanan, 20% senaman jgn lupa tau.

Jaga makan, senaman (cardio & weight training) lagi kebaboom hasilnya. Tapi diri ini belum mampu lagi nak buat senaman weight training. Sekarang jaga makan (Suku Suku Separuh) & cardio exercise je (brisk walk). Badan xbesar pun tapi menyampah tengok lemak kt perut ni haa.

Lepas makan jangan baring. Berjalan sekurang kurangnye 45 steps selepas makan. Ini kata orang lah.

setuju..makin berumur mmg makin kene gigih nak turun berat badan..penyakit pulak rajin menyinggah kalau x berjaga-jaga..kene beware selalu dgn kesihatan kita terutama bila overweight..
