Gen2 problem - fan, temperature

salam

ni first time post dalam thread kereta sbb sy tak expert pasal kete

gen2 sy yg disayangi ad satu problem yg memeningkan kepala.. dah hantar repair banyak kali tapi still tak ok gak.

tak tau la sy kene con dgn workshop ke ape. tapi last 2 service hantar kat proton sc.. tapi still problem tak settle.

problem dgn kereta sy:-

1. tak charging. dah tukar alternator still tak ok jugak. even pernah mati tengah jalan kat highway dulu.

2. fan tak off even dah off enjin.. temporary solution sy cabut wayar bateri setiap kali jadi mcm ni.. ni anta proton sc 2 kali still ad problem jugak. bodo punye sc.

3. latest problem, temperature naik.. ni baru semalam jadi..

so, sy fikir nak hantar workshop for the last time sebelum sy hantar kereta ni balik kampung.. sebelum sy hantar workshop, nak tanya otai2 di sini..

ape problem dia sebenanye? ape solution die?

and yg paling penting mane workshop yg paling reliable untuk settlekan pasal ni?

mintak tolong sangat otai2 di sini jawab soalan sy. tenkiu in advance

salam tt... nak komen lebih2pun tak berani...sebab tak tengok condition kete tt
tambahan pula tt dah hantar bengkel byk kali, bengkel pun taktau nak buat apa....
yg peliknya SC pun takleh nak idebtify...
btw nk tanya tt ni duk area mana? kot2 kalau kat kl area blehla rekmen bengkel yg boleh diprecayai...

sy duduk kinrara.. dulu hantar proton sc kat Trisilco Auto Services SDN. BHD.. kat puchong tu.

tapi 2 kali still tak ok jugak fan saye. still on even dah off enjin.. possible ke sebab wiring?

ad bace pasal PJ volcar.. ok tak agak2 kat situ?

pasal kipas tak berenti pusing tu aku yakin "water temp sensor" ko dah kong....
sensor tu berfungsi menghantar isyarat ke ECU bila enjin dah panas....
water temp sensor ni duk melekat kat head tu...
sensor ni juga yg akan menghantar isyarat pada jarum tempreture kat meter dashboard tu...
cer tukar sensor tu dulu, kalau tak silap harga dia dlm RM50 ja

ni trisilco berhadapan chear moto kedai superbike tu kan..... bengkel milik bumi ni.... rasanya tak dengar plak komen negatif pasal bengkel ni... kita siap boleh minta pomen modify parts yg rosak... kalo pomen yg malas akan suruh tukar je baru....

1. tak charging. dah tukar alternator still tak ok jugak. even pernah mati tengah jalan kat highway dulu.
- kalu ada multimeter boleh test alternator charging ke tak. time enjin hidup, set multimeter kat voltage reading dalm lingkungan bawah 20v pastu letak probe kat terminal bateri ikut polarity. Bacaan sepatutnya dalam lingkungan 14v ++. Satu lagi cara time enjin idop cuba cabut terminal bateri. mati ke idak (tak sure yang ni boleh jadi ke tak kat keta moden)

2. fan tak off even dah off enjin.. temporary solution sy cabut wayar bateri setiap kali jadi mcm ni.. ni anta proton sc 2 kali still ad problem jugak. bodo punye sc.
- masa enjin sejuk, kalu kunci kat ACC kipas pusing ke idak?

3. latest problem, temperature naik.. ni baru semalam jadi..
- ni banyak sebab - temp naik waktu bila?

haah ni yg dekat area tu. huhu. mule2 dah konfiden dah sbb nampak mcm ok je pomen die. tapi taktau la nape still tak ok. bende lain yg die tuka tapi fan still mcm tu jugak

1. itu... sy mmg takde. huhuhuh.. yg pasal cabut wire batt tuh dah penah buat. kalo cabut wire batt time enjin hidup, enjin tros off.

2. pusing. kalo sy tak cabut wire batt, mmg slalu enjin takleh stat dah. kene jump baru boleh..

3. mase mule2 tu bwk kete cam bese bukak aircond sume. temp naik laju. so sy tutup aircond, temp die turun sikit. kalo kete stop, temp turun. bile stat jalan, die naik balik slow2.

Tambah lagi satu - thermostat kemungkinan jammed. Check thermostat - cari kawasan berbonggol yg melekat pada hose radiator. Nak test thermostat - bubuh dlm air panas. Kalau dia mengembang - thermostat ok.

kalau hal radiator tu mungkin penutup atas dia hilang getah hitam tu...air boleh kuar ikut atas...coz penah jadi kat kereta aku..cer check...kalu tak, mungkin ada leaking la kut

Berapa usia dan dah berapa jarak KM dah pergi keta gen2 TT nie...

Masalah 1 sy rasa tak berkaitan dgn masalah 2 dan 3....
Utk masalah 2 dan 3 kemungkinan ada kaitan dgn temprature yg tak stabil. Gen2 sensitif dgn temperature yg dianggap kurang normal yg dikesan oleh sensor yg menghantar isyarat pd ECU. Kalau sensor temperature ok....
Sy fikir TT cuba dulu flush radiator....
Kalau tak ok jugak mungkin gasket head dah tak berapa ok...benda nie biasa pd kereta yg dah berusia

akakakakaaa...gen2 sampai skang masalah temperature naik mendadak  dah 50 juta kali anta bengkel...x elok2 jugak..tukar radiotar la cable la itu la ini la..last2 apek tu bukak kotak angin aku....buat seketika elok je xde naik2 dah...lepas tu 2 bulan lepas naik buat kali yg ntah berape juta kali....dia pesan..kalo naik lg...kasi tukar radiotar cap ...aku pelik..radiotar cap main pranan gak ek? ooo baru tawwuu...tp skang kete da xstart..berabuk..dan bateri kong..yihaaaaaaa....

sape mau beli sile pm aku...tukor bateri n korang bole merempit d angkasaraya...murah2....18k sahajeee bole kurang lg kalo mahu... ehh teriklan plakk..maap mod

aku rase tt antar kt byk sgt jenis pomen, sebab tu kete jadi pening..aku pakai gen2 gak..dah 8 tahun...pandangan aku jgn guna byk jenis pomen.. cari 1 yg boleh di percayai, pastu buat je kat situ untuk ape2 kerosakan..yg pernah terjadi kat gen2 aku cuma power window rosak.central lock rosak.sekali je tukar sampai skg ok..overheat pernah berlaku..selepas aksident tukar kipas je dah ok.
