Selalu nya dah tak pakai sukatan, ikut rasa jari jer. He he he

1. sekilo tepong cap sauh.
2. susu + air ais + garam = bahan B
3. margarin 1 cawan
4. minyak 1/2 cawan

CARAnya:
1. tepong di gaul dgn bahan B magarin n minyak sedikit demi sedikit.
2. uli adunan tersebut sehingga terasa lembut tetapi tidak melekat di tapak tangan. (mengikut pengalaman) he he he
3. biarkan 1 jam dgn di tutupi dgn kain yg basah.
4. buat bulat bulat dan di saluti dgn margarin.
5. biarkan 3 jam.

Siap sedia utk di tebar.............PUAN!!!

p/s gula tak yah pakai, nanti biler masak ia jadi terlalu rapuh/crispy

Sebab teman dah selalu buat......so pakai CAMPAK jer semuer nya.

Susu yg di gunakan ialah susu pekat manis.(itu yg tak yah pakai gula lagi)
Sesetengah kedai tak pakai susu langusng.
Itu yg nampak dough nya pucat lesi jer......

Entah ler Kak Noor, teman pun tak pernah sukat air nya.
Yang teman tahu............kalau dough nya dah tak lekat kat tangan, dah o.k. ler tu.
Kalau di cucuk dgn jari............dah raser lembut, bley la.

He he he he he

Nanti teman balik buat one more time.
Tengok sukatan nya......he he he

1 kilo tepung bley dapat 19-21 bijik dough.

buat tau..sukat elok2 bahan2nya..majerin hok masukkan dlm doh dgn hok perap byk mana..

Yeah:pompom::pompom:.....berjaya dah buat donut K.Noor...kali ni tak tunggu lama.. lepas 20 min.terus goreng dan :kunyah:...memang lembut sekali dimakan panas2.....sorang anak boleh makan dlm 6 biji..bayangkan kalau balik M'sia nanti nak beli donut 1biji=30sen x 6=RM1.80 tu baru sorang ..kalau sefamili :geram: parah poket.. lebih jimatlah buat sendiri..sedap dan fresh:cak:

Inai..tahniah :clap::clap:...cantik sungguh donut Inai..u pakai acuan donut ke tu..lawa nyaaa :pompom::pompom:..geram akak tengok :geram: macam pro je :pompom::pompom:, abis le lepas ni donut tesco tak laku..sorang customer dah lari..hehehehe

K.Noor pernah makan bagel ke? Camne rasanya:stp: Hb inai suka makan bagel...dulu kat US hari2 dia makan ni..katanya sedap dr donut..respi dia lain kah dr donut ni:hmm:...tengok rupanya macam sama kan?

akak lak tak suka sgt bagel..kalau tak silap dlm buku akak ada resepinya..nanti akak cari dulu dan taip..Insya'Allah..

buah cempedak diluar paga, ambik galah tlg tunjukkan, saya budak baru beajar, kalau salah tolong lah sifu-sifu and chef-chef kat sini tlg tunjukkan.....    nak tanye kalau lah eena bancuh kan adunan nihh mlm2....terapkan siap2 pastu goreng kan pagi esok nye. agak2 jadi tak donut tuhhhh. :lol. tapi kalu tak silap eena hok yg frozen kite kena half goreng kan dulu dokkkk......

eena.....den dah ponah buek.....simpan waktu malam yg lom digoreng dlm fridge.....esok pagi pi goreng......: perghhhh korehhhhh berdontom.....lol......

Inai, rasanya donut bakar ni adunan dia adalah batter macam utk guna donut maker tu. Tapi kalau nak bakar dalam oven guna donut pan macam ni



Haritu kita ada cakap-cakap pasal donut maker nie kan. Ada yg kata kalau donut yg guna adunan batter ( bukan dough ) dia lebih lembut. So, haritu Maisya teringin lak nak tau betui ke lebih lembut, Maisya pun carik resepi batter utk donut. Tapi disebabkan Maisya takde oven or donut maker...Maisya scoop dgn sudu dan goreng dgn minyak ( macam cekodok le kiranya ). Hasilnya memang lembut. Nie resepi yg Maisya try haritu:

Ingredients - Batter
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup milk

Ingredients - Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Cream oil, 1/2 cup sugar, and egg. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg together. Add to creamed mixture along with milk. Spoon into greased muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Immediately remove from pan when done and roll (or dip) in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon and sugar.


Ada jugak resepi guna batter yg dia suruh pipe guna piping bag jer. Nie caranya

The batter should be of a pipeable consistency and not too runny.
Cut strips of greaseproof paper and lightly oil.
Using a piping bag, pipe mixture into rounds, nests, straight strips or what ever shapes and sizes suits your taste onto the paper.
Gently lift and place the strips into the deep fryer (170oC) with the face down( together with the paper ).
Lightly dunk with tongs for a few minutes, the hot oil will get between the mix and the paper and the paper will be easily removed
Continue frying for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp, turning or dipping occasionally to cook evenly
Remove from the deep fryer and allow to drain on a wire rack or on paper towels.


kalau rajin try ler Inai...then bagitau hasilnya.
