betul tu speed & maklang...lama dah sut join board nie..duk citer jer apa kita buat...nak approve tak dapet..sekali ada peluang..akan ku gunakan sepenuh nya...janji setiap laporan bergambar...

Maklang ini dia resipi Kuih Kaswi... maaf ya lambat tempek... baru perasan tadi maklang tanya resipinya...



KUIH KASWI

Bahan-bahan   

500 gm tepung gandum
400 gm gula melaka
200 gm gula pasir
125 gm tepung sagu
1 sudu teh kapur diambil airnya sahaja
1000 ml air


Cara Menyediakan   
Masak gula pasir dan gula Melaka dengan sedikit air dari jumlah air yang diberikan. Masukkan sehelai dua daun pandan. Masak hingga gulanya pekat. Tapis dan sejukkan. C ampurkan tepung sagu, tepung gandum, kapur dan air hingga rata. Masukkan air gula yang telah disejukkan dan kacau lagi.

Tuangkan kedalam acuan-acuan kecil yang telah disapu minyak dan kukus hingga masak. Sebaik-baiknya kukusan hendaklah dibungkus dengan kain putih, supaya wapnya tidak menitis diatas kuih. Angkat dan sedia dihidangkan dengan kelapa kukus yang digaul sedikit garam.

kuih lompang & kuih kaswi ni apa jadik ekkk kalu tak bubuh air kapur.....??? kalu boleh tak nak guna air kapur....

speed..mak sut cakap air kapur nie peranannya utk memejalkan adunan....tapi kalau buat tepung goreng pisang...tujuannya utk rangup...camne tu?..:stp:

D - nak tanya skitler..kalo gantikan tepung sagu tu ngan tepung kanji bley tak  coz kat umah tarak tepung sagu yg ada tepung kanji/ubi...:hmm:

ni resepi nya mak lang ~

kuih lompang

2 cawan tepung beras
2 sudu tepung kanji
1 cawan gula pasir
3 cawan air
daun pandan
pewarna

kelapa parut putih + garam + daun pandan dikukus..

1 cawan air dimasak dgn gula + daun pandan hingga larut.. sejuk kan sebentar...
kemudian masuk kan lebihan air tadi dan tepung... gaul hingga sebati..
bahagi kpd beberapa bahagian dan warna kan..

sebelum kukus mangkuk disapu dgn sedikit minyak supaya tidak melekat..kukus around 15 minutes

setiap kali semasa hendak tuang adunan ke mangkuk.. kacau rata sebab tepung beras lekas mendak...
