Marquez doubt for weekend
Barcelona defender Rafael Marquez is a major doubt for Sunday's crunch game against Atletico Madrid. The Mexican stopper is struggling to recover from a muscle problem in his right thigh.
Initially Marquez was expected to be out for 15 days, but club doctors are not optimisitic he will make it in time for the weekend's clash in Madrid.
The 28-year-old has sat out Barca's preparations for the match, and a decision on whether to play him or not will be taken by coach Frank Rijkaard on Saturday morning.
Defending champions Barcelona trail Liga leaders Real Madrid on goal difference only with just four games to play.
