susu cair tu banyak mana...? topping ni bila dah sapu atas kek keras tak...ker maintain cair2 likat gitu..?

hmm dulu saya pernah cairkan cooking coklat...bila dah cair saya campur susu cair(dlm 2-3 sudu besar)....lepastu coklat saya jadi kasar, tak smooth dah...

pasai pe ek..? adakah sbb coklat tu tak berkualiti...?

topping cekelat:
300g cooking choc
100ml susu cair

double boil dua2 bahan tue....
dah cair, tutup api...
baru masukkan 1 tbsp butter...
kacau sampai sebati...
buatla...
hasilnya superb! sedap pun sedap...tak pahit!

first thing, thanks ya

topping tu kan saya guna cooking chocolate dgn whip cream.

huda panas jer dulu whip cream tu sampai nampak dia berbuih-buih kat tepi then tutup api trus masuk chopped choc. then masuk butter, huda kacau. insyaAllah jadi.

kalau measurement dia, mcm ni lebih kurang ek

200 gm chop choc
100ml whip cream

Kek coklat ikut resepi Kak Jonah, buat 2 layer,lapis antara layer dengan butter cream.Ini kawan2 sekelas anak anis kumpul duit dan tempah kek ini untuk besday ustaz deme....Baru belajar2 mendeco, tangan masih kaku dan keras, tulisan pun ada kecik ada besor..heret bengot lak..berat kek ni dekat 6 kg..

Masa open house ari tu pun buat sebiji kek mcm ni juga utk tetamu..
