kaki ok.....cuma peha je sakit dua2 belah....dulu biasa buat squats tp butt tak berkembang pon....pstu trs tlupa exercise ni.....smlm buat balik dr mlm sblm tu...siap buh batang sawang kat atas bahu.....ni baru lps buh koyok & telan muscle pain punye ubat....hihihi!

Okay, tea nak share pasal workout tips for ladies.... Takyah malu2 laa kalo gym campur2 pun yg penting, kita still berpakaian sopan, tak cantik takpe, yg penting tutup yg patut... Elok2nya pakaian kaler gelap laa sbb kalo cerah,bila berpeluh, berbekas2 melekap plak... Tea pakai tudung yang lembut cotton stretchable awning pun lembut jenis lembik... Yg penting kita selesa and rmeresap peluh...

Skang tea pregnant 8 bulan... Tea debar jugak, nak tunggu masuk week 36 nanti, tea kena convert exercise routine tea plak to suit dengan keadaan baby kalo dah engage...

Skang tea mmg makin rasa lemah sket bahagian lutut, especially masa buat step aerobics.. Tea lagi prefer join classes with instructor sbb diorang boleh monitor kita and give options exercise compared to the rest... Tea totally stop sauna sejak tau pregnant dulu, sbb sauna ni bahaya sbb dia increase core temperature, so bahaya utk baby..

Routine tea seminggu cam bawah nie, sblm pregnant ada time tea exercise >2hrs, tp bila preggy, tea limit 1 hour a day...
Isnin - step aerobic (tp kalo ada spin or hih jump, tea tak buat and buat options laa)
Selasa - weight training (bodypump), kadang tambah dancing dlm 30mins
Rabu - dance workout ( shbam)
Khamis - strength workout (bodyvive)
Jumaat - step aerobic (bodystep) +dancing
Sabtu - hari rehat buat household chores laaa, vacuum umah, laundry, mop lantai, kemas rumah etc kalo tea rajin, tea menari for 30 mins aje...
Ahad - threadmill briskwalk @homegym for 5 km + inclination 7%... Pastu tea topup dengan resistance tube +pregnancy yoga.... I love my home workout...


Lepas 36 minggu ni... I'll focus on bodypump, briskwalking, yoga, avoid medium impact cardio... Tea nak swimming tp rumah tea ni umah teres aje, takde facilities swimming pool...

Kalu kat bndr kuantan ni buleh pegi kat utc..murah sajork cuma kena pandai pilih masa..
Kalu mlm penuh dgn student & org balik keje..

tea ada je beli set CD zumba, download workout vids from internet (free je)... kalo ada budget, beli threadmill or kalo area rumah selamat utk jog, jogging je 5 km everyday (appx 10,000 steps)... selang selikan dengan weight training dengan yoga....

utk weight training, kalo nak jimat & elak beli dumbell or weight bar yang mahal. beli aje resistance tube/band... tea beli brand reebok no 3 (kaler biru)... sesuai utk high reps nyer exercise... even time pregnant pun selamat utk pakai...rega dia tak silap tea beli aritu cuma RM69.90... dumbell pun ada yang kecik tea beli, tp tea lagi banyak pakai resistance tube nie... cara pakai boleh refer kat booklet or internet... bole buat biceps, triceps, shoulder, back, lunges, squat, bentukkan pinggul, etc.... very convenient...

eksesais buat kita jadi rajin.. kalo amek produk or slimming spray.. rumah pun lintang pukang kotor sepah sbb asik nak shortcut aje keje nye... kalo rajin eksesais, badan ringan, buat keje rumah pun cepat... takyah pakai maid pun...

erm..rasa tak elok u cakap org yg amik slimming product or seumpama dgnnya rumah mereka lintang pukang ,kotor,asyik buat keje short cut etc..
mungkin ada tp tak semua..nk bincang pasal gym2 ni semua bincanglah secara berhemah ..sekadar nasihat & pendapat..

haa... tengkiu for your reminder... tea betul2 anti dengan orang ambik maid.. tatau laa apsal.... maybe sbb benci tengok ramai sangat pendatang kat malaysia nie...

tea bcakap based on my own experience... dulu rumah lintang pukang sbb rasa malas mengemas.. badan berat je sbb tak biasa eksesais, gerak sikit pun rasa penat/ mengah.... tea sendiri amek slimming product macam2....

lepas eksesais, kerja rumah tu rasa sempoii sgt nak siapkan... this is my honest experience..
