Lee Kwang Soo reveals Kim Jong Kook to be an exercising fanatic

The recent episode of ‘Healing Camp‘ on February 2nd featured Kim Jong Kook as a guest, where he shared interesting stories about himself with viewers.
Besides the featuring of Kim Jong Kook as the main guest, his fellow ‘Running Man’ co-star also appeared during the program on video to share his stories about the former.
During the program, Lee Kwang Soo appeared on video where he said, “There’s something about hyung that annoys me,” as he exhibited a worried look which somehow created laughter instead. Lee Kwang Soo was then asked on what exercising meant to Kim Jong Kook, to which the former replied, “It’s like an illness. Regardless of whether it’s the gym or at his home, exercising is his everything in life. He would be exercising at midnight during Christmas, or even go to the gym often on his birthday. He’s already at an advanced stage.”
Lee Kwang Soo continued, “I had been exercising with him for the past year, and I have certainly gotten healthier. But I kind of look older than before as well, and I could even pass off as his older brother. He would just eat chicken breast alone when he goes to restaurants, and would even douse the kimchi in water before eating them. He’s really annoying,” which evoked much laughter from everyone.
Kim Jong Kook expressed, “I had a back disk problem when I was in middle school, and only recently had emergency back surgery. I had a bone fracture in my right leg when I was little, so my right leg is a little short compared to the other. And I would use shoe lifts for my right leg. If I do not exercise, my situation might worsen,” as he voiced his reasons for being crazy about sports.
Kim Jong Kook said: " Probably two years ago, in fact, I had once seriously want to quit " Running Man ", because I feel I have had a negative impact on the members and the production team " -koreastardaily x

xsure ha3.... me rasa dulu ader baca sebab dia cedera masa berlatih taekwando.... reason paling femes plak dia cedera sebab Turbo schedule & dance routine diaorg yg agak extreme... ada satu intebiu (golden fishery agaknyer) dia pernah checkup utk MS masa umo 19/20 and x qualified untuk join active service sebab belakang dia (which is i think before his injury masa turbo tu)
so kesimpulan yang me boleh buat, dia cedera dah lama...cuma masa dia dalam TURBO tu yang buat condition dia bertambah teruk huhu
tapi 1st time tau yang kaki dia pendek sebelah & kena pakai insole
macam dia selalu cakap character commander & tiger dia tu = strength. mesti agak teruk gak eh condition dia sampai dia rasa nk quit RM? teringat plak speech dia masa SBS award baru2 ni "I just hope my body lasts till as long as the program lasts"
