As Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban breaks box office records around the world, Ms Rowling is writing the penultimate book of the series in a cafe somewhere in Scotland. It was in an Edinburgh cafe she wrote her first book. She said "It is no secret the best place to write, in my opinion, is a cafe - you don't have to make coffee, you don't feel you are in solitary confinement and when inspiration fails, you can take a walk to the next cafe while your batteries re-charge." |
