Salam.

Last nite Linda wt Chock Mois Cake gna resepi Kak Mis. Biasa kalu wt kek utk 1 bancuhan Linda gna lyang 8"x8". Tp tgk resepi Kak mis ni batter nyer byk giler. Siap dpt 1 loyang 8"x8" dan 1 loyang 4"x8". Sesiapa yg bese wt resepi Kak Mis ni boleh bg tau korang gna loyang saiz ape utk resepi ni? sape prnah gna resepi Kak RinnChan? Resepi Kak RinnChann ni pn sedap & moist. Btw kek mlm td kuar oven trus potong (kes xsabar nye pasal). MMg lazat hingga menjilat jari.

salam, saya nak tanya sangat pada kawan2 kat sini...saya memang konfius sebenarnyer dgn whipped cream...yg kite selalu guna utk wat topping tu kan... whipped cream tu bentuk dia camana yek...saya ade jumpa satu "krim putar" kat kedai jual barang2 buat kek ni...tp bentuk dia macam mentega, keras tapi warna putih...bau wangi..amoi kat kedai tu bagitau ni tuk buat krim, tapi kena campur gula aising pastu kena guna mixer bagi dia kembang, pastu buh warna jadilah krim yg kat atas kek tu...
So, ni ke whipped cream yg dimaksudkan ye...tuk buat chocolate topping tu...saya harap kawan2 dapat bantu n bagi tunjuk ajar...terimakasih banyak2...

khatijah..

whipped cream selalunya bentuk cecair pekat,warna putih. selalunya dia dok dlm fringe. kalau yg repack, cam santan segera kat pasar.tak pernah pulak jumpa yg keras. khatijah jumpa ni kat kedai mana?

baru buat kek coklat resepi kak mis...saya bakar dlm 14 x 14 tray....buat 2kali...tgh2 sapu aising....tebalnyer cantik, just nice biler dikepitkan each other....malam nih nk pipekan aising atasnyer....kalu ok sy letak gambonyer kendian

terimakasih banyak2 choclatemousse...ohh yang saya ader beli tu bukan whipped cream la yek..  saya beli dekat  kedai "bestmark" pembekal bakeri kat kawasan rumah... kat packet luar tu tulis krim putar.. so saya ingat tulah whipped cream setelah dialih bahasa...hehe...so thank u so much

wa cedapnyaaa....rasa balik ni nak buat utk anak menakan la plak..td sepupu siap call mntk resepi nk bwk ke pahang umah makcik.huhuhu,untung tgk kek kat forum ni... raya lepas pun kena serbu sbb org nk soh wulan paste resepi
