dok mesia mmg payah nak kuruih..nak nak musim raya..

aku punya berat sekata sepanjang tahun..tapi balik malaya baru2 nih 3 minggu ha mak ko..naik 3 kilo....dah macam badak berendammm dah aku nengok badan aku...hancur image hangelina joliesss aku...

balik tempat merempatt...ku bantai HIIT stret seminggu...sib bek badan tahan....tapi GYM tu tempat bermain...sungguh2 kurindukannnnn...huhuhu...

gym best sbb byk inspirational people ...aku nak citer gak...ada satu mamat nih baru masuk gym ..so join klas...gemuknya aku rasa diskaun 20% jek depada arwah kumin tu..mmg gemukla..pastu kalo klas dok belakang2...aku yang perihatin nih selalu jeling mamat nih kat cermin...mmg mak sadis noks...orang buat ke kiri..dia ke kanan..mmg huduh la dia buat tu...tapi almaklumla budak baru...aku yg ala2 angie jolie nih mau rasa dok sebelah dia ajar buat routine dgn betul...tapi segan lah plak kan..retis angelina cam aku buat2 propa...kang org gossip plak..

alkisahnya aku pon tuko ler gym...sbb FF kan byk cawangan...so aku dah boring nengok muka gay2 tak siap satu cawangan aku pon pindah cawangan yg lain...after 3 months aku pi balik gym yg aku jumpa budak gemuk tu tadi...aku terkejut beruk....sib baik tak jadi BERUk betul..mamat hari tu dah kurus SEPARUH hokeh..??? dada dan perut dia dah rata...aku mcm tak caya itu dia...sbb ikutkan ketinggian mmmg dia giant...mmg sah dialah orangnya...

serta merta mak malu ngan diri mak sendiri..kata kakigym....balik mesia 3 minggu 3 kilo aku menggajah..apa idaknya...satu malam satu balang semperit/biskut tart aku leh habiskan...

korang yang malas2 senam ni...try HIIT exercise la....buat la selang sari...dapat 3 kali seminggu pon ok....tapi buat kena betui2 laaaaa....jgn letih berehatttt...kena maintain max heart rate 85% ke atas....insyaAllah pastu ko nak melantak berapa calories pon tak pe... sbb HIIT burn at least 24 jam and some people it works even for 48 hours..

macam aku yang kuat melantak nih kannn....mmg cardio HIIT la ubatnya...so berat badan agak stabil .... kalo aku tak buat then only control calories intake....tapi nengok bicep michelle obama mak stress gak....HIIT cardio tamaunyer jadik gitu..kena spot exercise gak...so mak da start weight training...kalo FF tu masuk bodypump class...

colleague i makan herbalife mmg jadi kurus, tapi perut dia masih ada banyak lemak2....like apa poi ...

makan produk utk kuruskan badan mungkin berkesan,but then kalo pemakanan x dijaga n habit pemakanan x dibetulkan badan akan naik balik....then sampai bila nak bergantung pada produk pengurusan badan???

HIIT ko wat camner??kalo aku wat 5 sessi, setiap sessi sprint 30sec then rehat 3-4 minit......ulang camtu sampai complete 5 sessi......penat bleh tahan laaaa

min 45 minutes....max sejam...

make sure reach la 85% and above HR ko tu...ko adakan jam polar ke suunto ke garmin ke..(sebut2 nih terbangkit napsu aku nak beli jam HR baru)
selalu nya 45 minutes...yang highest intensity tu dalam 15 minit...time ko rasa jantung ko nak terkeluor...

kalo aku rajin..aku wat back to back class lah...1 hour 45 mins..or 2 hours...

actually basic HIIT just needs 30 mins for resting metabolic rate (RMR) to work 24 hours... so aku speku kalo lebih lama lagik la RMR tu..hahahhaa...so aku buleh rehat lagik lamaaaa....gitu...( kalo ada PT kat sini mampuih aku kena lahar bg dakyah sesat)

memola aku pon skeptical ngan swimming ...sbb aku rasa takat free style berenang2 manjaaaa gitu berapa sangat kcal buleh dapat kan???

tapinyer betui...dlm setengah jamm dapat 300 kcal gak woooooo.....freestyle aman2 jahhh tayah aku HIIT jantung nak terkeluor...hihihi...so betul gak sapa yg maleh gi gym.. swimming pon cara terbaik burn caloriessss dengan tak de rasa peluh berlengaih2....

lagi satu produk2 kurus ni and slimming spa nih mostly kurangkan air dalam badan jekk...bukan bakar lemak pon...so effect dia temporaray jekk and kalo silap2 buleh jadi dehydration...tu pasei aku dengo citer bila makan berak2 la...kunun kuruih la tu.....tu semua proses mengeluorkan air dari badan sajork deknon....

but protein shake buleh la telan...cam herbalife shaklee protein shake semua pon ok...tayah amik carbo byk...so tayah la dok tanya si kevin tu brand apa bagus whey protein bagei....mana2 pon ok ko just observe calories dia berapa...to replace carbo....aku mmg amik whey sbb aku besenam manjang lapo...hahahha,...bangsa kuat melantak la katakann....

biasanya budak2 prepare utk contest pkai benda ni, ade lgi nma oxycut, stanazolol, ni kira grade yg kuat,, sbb dorg nk ripped look dan nk dptkan bodyfat percentage yg rendah
