buat jugak kek coklat lembab kak kacip nih, saya x pernah suka kek coklat n bila bakar kek coklat mesti bantat, tapi kek kak kacip nih .... marvelous!!!

tolong...tolong...

petang tadi sy buat rich moist cocolate cake kak Noor Hannah nyer...

sy buat 1 1/2 adunan....maknanya sy kena buat pengiraan 2-3 kali utk sukatan bahan...

okkk pastu, sy ikut resepi betul2, cuma kurangkan 1 0z gula... satu lg, air tu sy sukat guna penimbang sbb ada forumer cakap ml ngan gram sama...

ok... pastu sy cara2 nak buat pun sy ikut sebijik2.... dgn harapan kek sy akan jadi seperti sepatutnya....

(sbb biasanya klo kek lain, kena gaul tepung dgn senduk, sy blasah jer dgn mixer tp lowest speed la... )..tp utk this cake sy ikut betul2...guna whisker utk step tepung dan seterusnmya...

then saya kukus....sy guna loyang berapa inci ntah, adunan tu 3/4 dari loyang...tudung periuk sy balut dgn kain serban hihi...

sy biarkan selama 1 1/2 jam kukus... bila buka kukusan tu tengok kek naik tinggi...dan permukaan kek kena kain tudung periuk...

then ambik sudu test kat tengah....masa nak test tu, heran dlm kek cam bergoyang2( sy sangka sbb terlalu gebu...tp pelik la...)

bila test tengok2 adunan dlm still cair....huhu...

tp tak putus asa sy kukus lagi sampai 3 jam +....dan test kat tengah2 kek tu, adunan stil melekat kat sudu( kurang masak)...

dah nak give up, sy bakar selama 20 minit lak....lepas tu tranfer kek dari loyang, 1//4 melekat kat loyang....tension2...cam nak buang ja kek nh....

pastu sy gi check semula kot2 bahan2 tak betul sukatannya....tp semua betul....

tp disbbkan rasa kek sgt sedap, tak pe lah its ok... then sy buh topping guna resepi kak sue rans...

so sy nak tahu, kenapa boleh jadi gini....? adakah sbb loyang..... atau sebab apa...? atau sbb sy sukat air guna gram...?

masih bersedih ni, tp dah kurang sbb kek ngan topping ni sgtlah sedap....

uiks panjangnya.....masih beremosi sedih ni....

anywah, saya nak ucap trima kasih banyak2 kepada kak noor Hannah sbb walaupun kek saya cam tak jadi....tp Alhamdulillah rasa kek ni sgt sedap cuma agak kering ka tepi2 tu...sbb kes kukus bakar tu la kot...

in fact, resepi ni paling sedap antara resepi2 yg penah sy cuba...

dan to kak sue rans, thanx ya , topping akak sgt lah sedap.....kesimpulannya trima kasih pada semua...

satu lg, tekstur kek ni camna sebenarnya...? tekstur kek saya cam twinggies gardenia...

kek saya pun crack in the middle and naik menggunung tapi tak tinggi sgt..lepas keluarkan dr oven kek tu mengecut sikit..so Cup trim yg gunung tu sikit dan terbalikkan sebab tu tak nampak..

alamak kesian pinky, jgn putus asa..
