  org dah try buat eskrem nie..kita pun nak jgk...ICM dah lama beli kat car boot tapi belum try test lagi ok ke dak...so tadi buat lah...dah pakai ICM tu kan senang sesangat lah...tapi kena masak gak dulu susu, gula ..and egg yolk, cream ...tapi rasa mmg gebusss ... natey campur ngan cream cheese sikit..mmg kaw..

cuma ICM kenwood 1.L nie kecik sgt lah pulak...sekali hadap je ..dah habis...tu yg kena buat conventional punye cara jugak..sbb tak sempat kat hb..sianlak dia..dgr buat eskrem tapi habisss....

saya dah buat aiskrim ikut resepi maklang...
fuyoo.. jadilah.. cam eskrim beli..
tp saya buat guna susu coklat...
hasilnya sedap.. tp manis overdose tekak saya
but my doter suka, n hubby pun suka

next time nak try perasa lain la plak...

Aku usha double cream kat BWY RM13.90 1 litre agak2 bleh dpt brp liter eskrem ye kalo ikut resipi memula tu...aku nak wat eskem kopi la taruk toasted almond flakes...topped ngan choc chips sket ka...`coffee bean' cam kek kopi tu ka...kit kat cappucino ka...tak dpt aku imagine....:love::love::love:

Nak tanya ni kalo nak wat eskem kopi nak taruk coffee oil/coffe emulco lagi sedap ke atau pakai nescafe...tulun...

...heh...lupa nak update pasal ice cream jagung yang aku buat hari tu...heh...eerrr...menjadi lerrrr...texture dia sama macam ice cream yang beli kat luar...rasa manis sangat2...salah aku gak...resepi suruh letak 1/2 tin jagung...aku main tuang satu tin...ekekeke...but...3 hari dah abis dah...tak sempat nak snap gambar pon...

...thanks maklang...

...tadi siang try buat ice cream coklat plak...now still in fridge...thanks to all yang menyumbang resepi...

kiter try wat ice cream jagung...nak tanya kenapa dianya texture cam kasar dan keras yek...kena tunggu sekejap biar dia cair baru makan...

ne baru kuar dari fridge

best lah...kita dah lama tak wat eskrim ni....bila lah nak try wat ni..resepi pun dah lupa dah..wakaka
kalau nak buat aiskrim yang bercampur2 tu camner lak?
contohlahkan,nak wat aiskrim milo+strawbery+jagung...maksudnya kita nak wat bagi jadi lapis2...boleh ker??

ribena tingin nak buat eskrim sendiri tapi peti ais kat umah ni jenis ada frost tu yang tergendala... kang bukak meter besor2 bersalji pulak kalau  bukak meter kecik takut eskrim tak beku..
