nak share yg sepit do taebo billy blank  2x sehari/6 ari seminggu..
cubela..cari kat youtube je..
mmg berkesan gilerr.. dan cepat turun..

nak join gak

tahun 2009 sy ambik herbalife + bersenam
berat dari 83kg turun ke 69kg
pas tu stop herbalife + senaman

berat makin naik saban tahun

sekarang berat sy 85kg
bermula awal mac sy masuk kelas BOKWA 2 kali seminggu
sekarang ni tgh belajar control makan
so target nk dapatkan ideal weight je sbb umo pun dh nak masuk 4 series
berat ssepatutnya 60kg at least...

1 Mac 2013...badan cepat naik lambat turun
x makan apa2 produk...

berat dan tinggi kita lebih2 kurang je
kita mulakan diet pun tarikh lebih2 kurang..

mari kita update sesama ye..

ia sejenis senaman, byk gunakan kaki iaitu byk melompat.  memang fun sbb peluh keluar dgn byk terutama sy susah berpeluh ni..

saya nak pergi bercuti starting selasa to sabtu,takut betul nak bercuti ni.takut makan banyak dan berat naik balik.ada sesiapa boleh share tips how to jaga berat ketika bercuti??

nak join jgk..sbb skrg dalam process menjaga diet jgk since 20th january 2013

starting weight: 65kg
current weight: 54.8kg
target weight: 48kg
height: 152cm

breakfast: ambil roti gardenia flavor jagung (my favourite hihi) dgn Dutch Lady Low-Fat Milk
lunch: nasi 1 senduk + sayur + seketul ayam/ikan
snack: either Marigold 0% Yogurt (sedap!) or Kit Kat 17g
dinner: makan lauk it's either combination of ayam dgn sayur or ikan dengan sayur

workout: buat cardio, angkat dumbell, cycling guna eclipse trainer, plank

yang penting masa diet jangan smpi ikat perut tak makan2..just control your portions/foods intakes insya-Allah menjadi .. plus saya suka baca successful stories dekat kevinzahri.com .. lps baca mesti rasa bersemangat je hihik

awak download apps counting calori...jd masukkan apa yg awak mkn...dari situ leh tgk dh lebih kalori ke blum....

selamat datang....jom ler kita bersama2 mencapai impian kita....

betul tu...saya pernah skip mkn..mmg x turun berbanding dari makan cam biasa tapi sikit2....

saya start diet 15/2/2013 - 98kg
tinggi - 159cm

saya timbang 05/4/13 - 88kg

lagi 10kg seterusnya..... doa2kan yek...

saya ada satu soalan ni,betul ke kalau workout tak boleh minum 100 plus sebab nanti yang burn hanya glucos dan bukannya lemak.

saya x sure lak..... sbb saya dh lama x amik air manis n bergas.... saya byk minum aor kosong....kadang2 rasa nk termuntah gak...saya isi glukos oren...x ler nk muntah sgt....

sebab saya ada baca blog kevin zahri.10 sebab kenapa berat badan tidak turun,slah satunya kerana minum air manis ketika bersukan.try jugak minum air mineral.tak best mane lah.mmg rasa nak muntah
