tadi buat satay ikut resepi noor masri... sedap... tp sbb maleh nak bakar arang, ... alang just grill atas grill pan... so tak secun kalau grill kat atas bara api...

hahaha satay alang size king.. kiranya sebatang tu equivalent to 2 cucuk satay kot... puas hati makan... buat makan petang... tengahhari tak makan pun... breakfast just sekeping roti ajerk...

hi kengkawan,
bila sebut satay baru semalam makan. tapi satay dia tak sesedap kat malaysia nu, sini satay thai fesyen ala taruk kunyit.. rasa pun mcm makan ayam goreng kunyit.. pastu satay dia kering.. tak berminyak berlemak cam satay malaysia dan rasanya  tak leh  lawan satay kajang lyg agi sedap berganda2 walaupun bunny lagi suka makan satay biasa kat kuantan (jenis yg kecik2).. my bf pun dtg malaysia kata satay malaysia sedap..
anyway bila sebut pasa satay nie, korang pernah tak makan satay ikan?.. ala pakcik yg jual satay naik motor.. ada sapa2 pernah buat tak?.. sedapnya kalau dapat makan.. teringat zaman sekolah2 dulu2..

Ingatkan semalam 4th of july .. sekali next week baru hari kemerdekaan US. Satay kami makan ler .. next week buat nasi lemak jer lah.

Kuah Kacang
=========

- Kacang tanah (ikut banyak mana nak guna) kalau nak buat kuah yang pekat, kena lah banyak
- Kacang digoreng tanpa minyak. Goreng sehingga ranggup.
- Buang kulit dia ... lepas tu kisar.
- Jangan halus sangat dan jangan kasar sangat.


Sebelum memulakan proses memassak -- kita dahului dgn bacaan Bismilahirahmannirahim.

Dalam periuk isilah minyak utk mengoreng. Lepas tu goreng bahan di bawah

Bawang besar dipotong kecil kecil.
Lada boh (ci;i kering yang dikisar) ikut suka juga -- kalau nak pedas kena pakai dua sudu besar


goreng lah bawang dgn lada ni -- lepas tu masukkan kacang tanah yang dah dikisar. Kacau kacau agar sebati.

Lepas tu masukkan lah air dlm dua cawan. Kalau banyak kacangnya letaklah dua cawan

Kacau lagi agar rata.

Lepas tu masukkan garam dan gula melaka. Ya GULA MELAKA -- supaya kuahnya nampak merah. Tapi kena setengah gula melaka (gula kabong)d an setengah gula biasa (putih) .. ikut seleralah kalau kuah tu sangat pedas elok letak gula lebih sikit.

Biarkan dlm periuk .. api kena slow. Kacau bila kuah dah agak pekat.

Last sekali -- letak buah keras. Buah ni boleh menjadikan kuah kita tu pekat dan sedap.

Bila dah pekat dan rasanya mencapai kepuasan hati baru lah ditutup apinya.

Hidang dgn sate.


Note: saya tak letak serai, halia whatsoever dlm kuah ni.
