Apple cider memang sangat bagus. Tak dinafikan. Highly recommended.

Macam2 jasanye apple cider ni..iols minum brand bragg...

Nak xlim pun dialukan amix tiap pagi okehhh..

Tapi for colestrol ni, propolis pun bagus amal..

Bendi tu utk liquid di sendi2. Mcm akak utk lutut. Rasanya ramai yg aktif sukan dr sekolah akan ada masalah ni. Bunga telang pula apek2 sini suruh minum utk saraf dan a few lg. nnt akak jumpa Apek favourite akak utk tanya details.

Akak dah jumpa apek yg suruh minum air telang. Ianya utk paru2, saluran pernafasan, dan lawas kencing. Suami akak pun amalkan air telang ni. Dia mmg kidney stone patient. Alhamdulillah, sejak amalkan air telang ni, xde lg kena batu karang atau susah nak urinate walau kurang minum air. Kalau x, mmg sentiasa kena ambil ural dan kadang2 tu sampai x blh tidur malam sbb tahan sakit bila batu tu gerak2.

ntah.. dah lama tak ukur.
yg penting amalkan gaya hidup sehat.
bagi org yg pi gym, aim sebenar adalah kurangkan fat percentage dalam badan.
or waist to height ratio. ni lagi tepat nak tau healthy ke tak.
they dun really care about bmi.

vin diesel n dwayne johnson yg nampak fit tu pun.
actually kalo ikut bmi, diaorg tu level obese.

ada prog by dr suri roowi, pakar antioksidan dr pusat penyelidikan makanan mardi yg membicarakan ttg makanan tinggi khasiat dr sumber alami yg ada disekeliling kita, how & when it is best to consume them

yup.  aku pun amalkan acv with mother. bagus sgt2.suami aku pun aku suruh amalkan. ni antara amalan kesihatan prof. ungku aziz.
bila kita sihat lah perlunya amalkan gaya pemakanan sihat, amalkan makanan kesihatan, kalau dah sakit baru nak mula dh terlambat. acv ni kalau ada masalah penghadaman sgt bagus.
