Maybe:
1- salah sit up, mayb terus sit up advance nye (dari lantai terus naik ke lutut).. For beginner, just naikkan skit kepala+shoulder utk tekan ke upper abs dh ok ( upper crunch), then buat leg raise ( reverse crunch), then buat obligue toe touch. Itu antara contoh..

2- terus buat sit up/certain workout without propee warming up.. Tengah muscle tu 'sejuk' terus stress kan dia.

3- tak selalu buat. Selang seminggu/sebulan sekali buat, muscle tu dah 'lemah' sbb lama x kerja.

4- apa2 muscle dlm body, bila xpernah buat or guna weight yg increased dari kebiasaan memang akan sakit. Muscle ada koyak secara micro, so sakit tu proses cell muscle berganti yg baru yg lebih 'kuat'.. So that next train session kita guna weight yg previous dah kurang seksa.. Bila weight tu pun kita dah xde rasa apa, kita increase lagi..

Sorry i explain cara yg i paham.haha nak teori ikut buku panjang n saintifik sgt..

& tips: please jgn follow sgt video gegirl minat saleh workout tu. Ntah apa ntah n x sesuai dgn badan kita yg xpernah excercise n xflexible. Diorang pun train kat gym / cucuk kt punggung.. Lagi nak bg tips easy home workout/ or booty workout..

Ada je yg prefer athetic, thick, chubby etc..

kalau x semua ladies yg bodybuilder tak berlaki la.. Ramai je BB ladies yg siap ada anak2 lg sambil buat badan..

Kalau tak biasa bersenam, masa awal2 memang akan jadi macamtu sebab pembentukan asid laktik, kene berterusan buat, nanti hilangla cramp tu.

Oyke. Selalunya kalau sejenis on and off work out ni kalau cramp boleh ke esoknya work out? Or kena tunggu cramp hilang bru work out balik?

Wahhh tq2 sis for the explanation. Sy mmg tros buat sit up yg sampai ke lutut tu. Patotlah lepastu rase sakit gile. Ni sbb sy install apps work out. Tu yg main ikut je step depa suruh. Even buat squat pon dah sakit OKay2 nnt kena buat cara sis pulak lepas ni

Kalau sit up tu rase sakit kat perot. Rase nak demam je esoknya. Tp tulah nnt nak try buat cara beginner work out dulu. Jadi ke x

Oo mmg mcm tu rasa terik kan? Cuba lower the rep dlu dlm 20x ke? Buat 1 set 10x, then buat cardio atau benda lain selain abs, then baru repeat 2nd set. Once u dah boleh adapt, naikkan ke 3 set pulak

Dah agk da mesti u ada slh step ni. Xpe, dont give up. Squat klau sakit, jgn terus buat 50x terus. Klau nk buat 50x, make sure not 50 in 1 go. Lepas tu jgn terus squat ke bwah sgt. Slow2. Bila dah boleh adapt, bru go into deep squat. I after 2 weeks gym baru dpt deep squat

Kene teruskn. Mcm i ckp based on experience. After leg day mmg rasa ketar2 nk bjalan pon sakit tp i xde rest day esok tu buat mcm biasa, lusa dah hilang
