jaga sleep hygeine. masuk katil kol 10mlm dan bgn 6 pagi, lompat terus dari bed.
makan: never miss your breakfast.. if puasa, bgn sahur dan ambil eventho hanya 2 gelas air. dinner jgn lupa.
kurangkan food goreng dan berminyak, kurang kan nasi eg at dinner sahaja.
kempiskan perut secara sedar.

uishhh.. nasib baik my tummy maintan flat. NAFLD ni common la kat Malaysia ni... since culture disini eating habit kdg ada x jaga pun... scary.

Kolig laki ada fatty liver...dia tunjuk surat sakit ada tulis fatty liver ni...dok perati dia suka ...

ya, NAFLD sgt banyak dimalaysia.
yg utama ialah kita jaga je makanan kita.
kita boleh makan apa saja, cuma dalam kadar yang selamat la.
basic info: kadar pengambilan nasi dikalangan orang melayu, cina dan india di malaysia adalah tidak sihat dan really over
basic info: kadar pengambilan daging ie beef etc dikalangan omputeh pun sgt over (2 kali seminggu je sepatutnya, dan 250g je each time...)

This is very good doc. Den mmg tgh try to fix my sleeping pattern ni. Lari hr tu. I don't want the current one to become a habit. |

ini cara mudah di pejabat2 di US dan Europe:
1) jika mahu ke tandas, pergi ke tandas tingkat lain
2) bila parking, parking paling hujung depan kompaun
3) jika kena bincang dgn kolig, jgn phone extension dia tapi jalan je kesana
some places tak guna chair tapi ini boleh buat kita dapat varicose veisn pulak asyik berdiri sepanjang hari
