Nak tanya, masa rebus tulang atau lemak muda tu  macamana nak elakkan kuah dia berlemak, sebab kalau tengok kat kedai kuah dia jernih tak ada lemak.

petua dia..letak daging tu pada room temperature..nanti air darah tu keluar kan..nanti amik air tu buat masuk dalam sup bakso...tu petua dia org nak bagi sedap...

selalunya org indon je yg guna petua ni..

tapi betul agaknya, kat tempat saya orang bisnes sup kat pasar malam, daging dia tak basuh, terus buh dalam periuk gergasi tu.
mungkin tu petua nak sedap kot.

bakso yg sedap ialah bakso yg dimasak oleh kak nonong seorang endon yg penipu.. tp sedap la bakso dia.. makcik sy tokei kedai pun tak leh masak sedap mcm kak nonong, sup daging tu kalo dh perangat bayak hari tu yg datang sedap..
