rasanya ade lagi..tapi rumah kat situ mahal..100+k lot banglo banyak lgi kondo pun banyak...
tmn perintis ni best gak ramai org melayu..

rumah mcm ni rm90k? bukan nak ckp besar. tapi murah sgt dah nie.
Saya kat kl ni mcm nak nangis tgk rumah teres sumer melambung2.
Kalau nak Rm150k pun ceruk2 nuun jauh ke pinggir bandar.  
skrg ni mampu duk rumah aprt jer. Itu pun harga RM80k. kecik mcm sarang burung tau.

ada org yg masih belum ada umah sendiri (merujuk pd aku )

dan satu lagi mix...
rega yg u tgk u utk fasa 4...
semalam dah kol developer tu...
skrg ni dah fasa 7...
rega rm 108,000
kalau beli b4 besok dpt rebet rm 8,000
so apa lagik.. cepat la belik...

ok sangat la harga mcm tu ..
double storey atau single terrace hse dan keluasannya brape?
kalau nak beli better beli awal coz bila kawasan tu dah membangun harga rumah mesti naik gila2 ..

yess...fasa 4 dah lama sold out....erkk rebet 8000, cilaka, masa aku beli itu hari rebet 4000 je...argghh tensen gue....hampeh tul..

Rumah yang kat Taman Nusantara la ... Masa bukak tahun 2005 harga dia cuma RM80k jer ... Sekarang dah naik RM108k ... Tic pon dh tau ...

Tambahan keitimewaan ... Budak PTP(Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas) ramai sewa kat sini ... Dah tu ramai bebudak Imigresen atau Kastam pon sewa kat sini ...

Kalau lot tepi boleh sewa lebih RM500 tau ... Kalau lot tengah tu dlm RM450 ok la kot ... Tapi kalau nak senang sign agreement jer dgn PTP atau kilang2 yang sekitar Gelang Patah ... Ambik sewa utk setahun ... senang citer ...

Kat kawasan Gelang Patah aka Nusajaya nie cari la rumah atas tanah pastu siap 2 tingkat tapi bawah RM100k ... Insyaallah takde ...

ko beli umah yg fasa berapa?
dah siap ke umah ko?
taman nusantara ni freehold ke?

dan kalaulah ko tak kisah nak citer lagik...
nak kepoh2 dengan ko ni:

- ko bayar berapa bulan2?
- utk berapa puluh tahun?
- loan pulak, developer uruskan atau ko uruskan sendiri..

errr.... byk lagik nak tanya ni nnt tau....
harap2 ko tak kisah... dan get read ek...

still dapat 90 k lagi masa aku beli bulan 11 2006.skg dah 108 k

sabtu lepas dah gi ofis taman nusantara ni
nak tanya lebih lanjut dgn dia punya sales person...
dia kata rega mmg rm 108,000
dan bagi rebet 8,000, so reganya cuma rm 100,000 je la...
(tuari amoi tu kata rebet sampai merdeka je.. rupanya ada lagi)

kiranya kalau nak beli umah ni...
campur-tolak-darab-bahagi rega rumah, rebet, bayar lawyer etc...
just kena sediakan cash dlm rm 6,000 je

aku pun dah tgk show house dia la...
agak kecik umah ni... (sbb umah kos sederhana rendah kut)
tengah bajet2 sama ada nak beli ke tak nih....

tuari pun dah suh sales person tu kira2 kan...
kalau amik loan 90% (rm 97K++)
bayar dalam 20 tahun...
sebulan kena byr dlm rm 640+ (interest 5.1% rasanya)

Abang bayar murah jer sbb loan kerajaan ... Tapi pikir baik2 la Tic ... Menda nie utk jangka teramat panjang ... Jangan gopoh ... Tengok tu dia owang kata sampai merdeka tapi lepas tu ada offer lagi ... Maknanya jangan gopoh la tu ...
