entahlah..bg aku yg silapnyer..selalu terletak pd... contractor yg dilantik.. bukannya.. pemaju itu sendiri.. kalo nak tahu ok or not.. kene tngok pd contractor.. skali...
walapun pemaju kecik tp contractor di superb.. tetap superb gak..
pemaju pun silap kerana nak jimat cos sanggup melantik contractor yg murah tp tnpa disedari contractor tue mcm maner.. yelah.. barang naik..tp nak murah..so nak jimat terpaksa cut..and cut... last..bad finished.. bnyk gak factor.. atleast jgn lupa pandang constractor skali yerk.. sebgai panduan aku gak.. |

pergh nama sume gempak2 pun hampeh, so anyone ada news on UMLAND, LION, I&P and Negara Properties? for now pada I nampak gempak project2 nye YTL and Banyan Close (Bandar Bukit Mahkota) from LION, nampak gempak la, tapi kena tanya para pembeli, sebab kalo I, sah2 loan reject. |

Bandar Tasik Puteri(tak ingat nama developer) - dulu2 masa i terbeli rumah dia, bagus kot sbb project baru. House sold
Bandar Bukit Mahkota, Kajang - Lion Group - so so only. House sold.
Prima Paramount - looking at track record mcm bagus, but my house is yet to complete, so no comment. |

I ader surf forum "Malaysia Real Estate" pasal kualiti rumah di Denai Alam. Ramai yg komplen kualiti rumah Denai Alam tak bagus, poor workmanship etc. I pun salah sorang yg beli rumah kat situ. Tapi belum dpt kunci rumah dr Guthrie...maybe soon! I really worry about it as I now wait for the delivery of my house. One of the reason i choose this property is because of the reputable developer. |

aku keje line2 construction ni.
just to share my experience with sime uep. mmg cerewet..!! pasal depa tau buyers nowadays are more intelligent and pandai demand2...
aku penah saksikan sendiri project manager sime uep baling bricks ke dinding sebab nak test quality. kalau bricks tu brittle, pecah senang, dia reject the whole batch of bricks.
aku dulu dok apartment kat bkt jelutong, under guthrie... workmanship ok, tapi aku geram tol dgn lift macam siput. rasanya kalau jalan panjat tangga pun lagi cepat sampai dari lift. nak jimat kos pasang lift murah kot.
aku ada apartment sebijik lagi under mkland - damansara perdana. patut siap dah lamaaaa...!! ni tak hand over vacant possession pun. LAD more than 2 yrs. yang ni kalau kena gi tribunal utk claim aku akan go all the way :@
apapapun aku agree, it's not so much the developer, but more of the contractor... apa2 pun business maaa.. semua nak cut cost kalau boleh. kalau developer takut buyers complain, they'll choose good contractors.
and on the other hand pulak, contractors' complaint will be developer bayar lambat... so utk depa rolling duit tu problem, hence cutting here and there. |

ok iu78 i tak berapa agree with "apapapun aku agree, it's not so much the developer, but more of the contractor", isn't it the developer's responsibility to get good contractor, and buyers' definitely complaint if the workmanship is not as expected. but for 1st 18 months after handover je la, pastu developer bole kata guarantee habis, so mmg le home owner nganga je |

Aku beli rumah TALAM dari 2003 sampai sekarang tak siap lagi.... interest bank dah tentu kite yang tanggung. TENSION :@ |
