Ni Kero ada resepi chicken pot pie. ambik dr pek tepung Pillsbury..dah mmg slalu buat.
Kalo nak buat, filling dia biar berair sikit, lg best..mine was a bit dry sbb terlajak masak.
Chicken Pot Pie (Pillsbury)
Chicken Filling:
1 cup peas & carrots, drained
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/3 all purpose flour
1/3 cup onion, chopped

Aussie meat pie
Ingredients:
Filling:
750g(1 1/2lbs)minced steak,
2 beef stock cubes,
1tsp worchestershire sauce,
1-2 tsp tomato sauce/paste
1 1/2 cups water,
pinch nutmeg,
2tbsp plain flour,
salt and pepper,
1/4 cup water (extra)
Pie base:
1 packet shortcrust pastry
Pie top: 1 packet puff pastry,
1 egg yolk,
1tsp water
Directions:
Place meat in a saucepan, stir over low heat until meat is well browned, drain surplus fat,add crumbled stock cubes, water, salt and pepper, nutmeg.
Stir until boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes, remove from heat.
Combine extra water and flour, stir till smooth, add the flour mixture to the meat, stir till combined, return to heat, stir till meat boils and thickens, add worchestershire and tomato sauce, mix thoroughly. simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Line a lightly greased pie plate, or individual dishes, with the shortcrust pastry. Spoon in the cooled meat filling. Moisten edges of pastry with water, then top with puff pastry pressing down gently to seal edges. Trim and score edges and glaze with beaten egg yolk.
Bake for 15 minutes, reduce to 225癈 and cook a further 25 minutes or until pastry is golden. For individual pies, 2 sheets of each pastry will be required.
Serve with tomato sauce on top

saya selalu gak buat guna roti canai segera.
Roti dah siap..Ala karipap, tapi giant lagilah. Belah bawah retak ckit coz roti terkoyak masa beli. Sori gambar blur ckit coz ambik guna hp. Dh byk kali try resize, xleh gak.
Nie dia punya inti.
Nie resepinya:
Roti canai (untuk kulit)
1 biji kentang
100-200 gram isi ayam/daging
1-2 biji cili api (klu nak pedas)
1/2 biji bawang besar
1 sudu kecil serbuk kari
1/2 biji timun
tomato (jika suka)
Sedikit daun saderi
Garam secukup rasa
Sedikit minyak
1 biji telur
Cara membuat:
Kentang, timun dan tomato dipotong kiub. Tumis bawang besar, cili api yang telah dipotong. Masukkan serbuk kari yang ditambah sedikit air, gaul sampai wangi. Masukkan ayam, then masukkan potato. Biar seketika sampai empuk, tambah sedikit air jika kering. Angkat. Gaulkan dengan timun, tomato, daun saderi dan garam. Letakkan inti di tengah-tengah roti canai segera yang dh defroze. Lipatkan, kemudian tekan sisinya dengan garpu. Sapukan telur dan bakarlah dalam 10-15 minit atau sehingga masak kuning keemasan gitu.

Resepi quiche ni ada banyak -- yang saya buat ni saya combine ingredients dari beberapa resepi.
Mod adakah quiche masuk dlm thread pizza? kalau gitu merge kan sahaja.

Filling:
1 packet mince chicken (~ 340gm)
1 can mushroom soup
300 gm mixed vegetable
300 gm onions, diced
2 tablespoonful of butter
2 tablespoon plain flour mix with 1/2 cup water
salt & white pepper
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan & saute diced onions till soft.
- Add mince chicken, stir to break the lumps and all the chicken turns white.
- Stir in the mixed vegetable.
- In another bowl, mix mushroom soup with one cup water, stir until smooth.
- Pour mushroom soup mixture into the chicken, add more water if necessary.
- Add in flour that has been mixed with water. This is to thicken the filling.
- Cook at slow fire.
- Add salt & white pepper to taste.
Line chicken pie dish with pastry.
Spoon in enough filling, cover the top with another piece of pastry.
Bake @ 160 deg C for about 30 mins or until done. |
