if im not mistaken graffiti ni sejenis art yg gunakan air brush sbg teknik utama. mural guna brush biasa (ni aku cakap je ikut pemahaman aku n xde source mana2. mls nak carik. kekeke. but all the pic i put here are the one those i found under the keywords of graffiti. n i dont have time to doubt the search )

grafitti lazimnya depa pakai can spray...mmg teknik control spray depa superb.


gambaq pompuan yg terlentang tuh kalau ikutkan mmg painting on wall or fresco pada zaman renaissance mmg popular...google sistine chapel...banyak karya michealangelo yg buat atas dinding even ceiling pun...


ingat dak long painting kat dinding luar penjara pudu dulu...tuh wall painting bukan grafitti. Grafitti nih selalunya nuisance bagi local authority

aku xbrapa sure pasal tu. sbb aku pun mls nak research. tapi aku rasa skg graffiti has evolved from being a nuisance into a form of art. sekarang ni byk da appreciate the value of graffiti. mgkin historically graffiti ni budak2 street art yang nak mengekspresi apa yg dorg rs dlm bentuk art so dorg conteng segala dinding/bangunan tepi jalan supaya dorg dpt menyampaikan apa yg dorg rs kepada public. mgkin dulu graffiti dianggap vandalisme to public properties but now da muncul golongan2 street artist ni yg nak mengkomersialkan seni graffiti ni. n nak try ubah persepsi certain2 org terhadap graffiti- so they come out with sumthing that look artistic rather than contengan yg chaos. i think its still graffiti just its a matter of revolution.

aku xrasa graffiti perlu ada wordings. if tgk kat pasar seni tu pun org da xguna da wording2 ni. semuanya dlm bentuk lukisan. now graffiti can be a source of income jgak. some ppl even paid for their graffiti. kat malaysia pun ada kawan aku gtau. n dats y graffiti artist da mula memikirkan bentuk lukisan/arts yg membolehkan dorg mendapat duit n dlm ms yg sama expressing their thoughts. thoughts plak xsemestinya semua yg berbentuk rebellious. some may come as their appreciation to the art, as their thought. well this surely doesnt come from any reliable source. cuma aku melakukan observation n speku sendri

Street culture and graffiti are well-known for being provocative, appealing, bold and uncompromising. Originally used by gangs to mark their territory in some urban area, graffitis have now become a rich medium for unrestricted expression of ideas and statements. In fact, creative designers and artists across the globe use this form of art to deliver their message and showcase their work.

Probably the most prominent graffiti artist is Banksy1, a famous pseudo-anonymous British artist whose works focus on topics such as politics, culture, and ethics. His art has appeared in cities around the world; it’s worth mentioning that Banksy does not sell photos of street graffiti or mount exhibitions of screenprints in commercial galleries. You can explore Banksy’s works in the Time’s slideshow The World According To Banksy2. However, many different artists explore graffiti in a variety of ways.

In this episode of Monday Inspiration series we are presenting a tribute to street art and graffiti — over 50 examples of beautiful and impressive graffiti artworks. Hopefully everybody will find some inspiration at least in some of the works showcased below. Feel free to explore the works of artists by following the links to their sites.
