Kak, sponge  kita tu lembut sgt.bila ptong nk mkn..3 layer tu x stabil..SOS kita rsa mcm manis sikit hihi hi...nanti kita share pic...fresh Kim pakai dlm 260g je..mkn sdiri..test resipi...so far ok..suka sbb sponge kek tu lembut sgt2

a'a..next rsa nk kurang kn gula perang utk sos tu...mksud kita kek lembut sgt tu..bkn time ptong 3layer tu kak..time ptog slice nk mkn tu...x cantik..ok ni hasil dr keadaan masa yg terhad(ank x sihat dang lagi curi2 masa buat kek..xcited nk cuba)
1 lg..sos tu esk pg tgk cair..kes nk cpt gitu ler hasil..tpksa modifiy..tmbh tpg jgung..main tmbh jer sudahnya kacau2 beketul...tpksa tapis...tp ada jugak ketulan kecil..ms nk buat sarang labah2...sos jd x smooth...erm..nk cpt sbb mkn sdiri,
x kisah sgt..janji siap cpt.

x campur kak..nk cpt sgt2..kejar masa..jd kita lapis biasa je..buh fresh krim then lapis sos...kalu cmpur dlm fresh cream lg cntik kaler krim2 gitu kan..hihi...mcm ni pun sdp kak..siap dpt bg jiran. ya lah 1bj kek mana larat nk mkn 3beranak

    ooooooo patutlah nampak warna fresh krim nya sama... tapi kalau campurkan lagi sedap tau....next time pun akk nk buat lagi...tapi kali ni akk nak campurkan dengan almond crunch..or crunch butterscotch... tapi masih dok mencari resepi crunch butterscoth

haney, thanks for the recipe.  
Cuba resepi ni untuk butterscotch sauce, rasanya dia lebih pekat dan menggoda...
11/4  cwn gula perang (kalau dapat cari biarlah yang dark brown sugar) supaya warnanya cantik.
6 sb butter tanpa garam
3/4 cup whip cream
vanilla
secuit garam
cara
cairkan butter dan  tambahkan gula
masukkan whip cream dan terus memasak sampai gula dah cair (lebih kurang 5 minit)
masukkan garam dan biar sejuk, then tambah vanilla.
