Eat clean, do a workout, lifting weight you will get your desire body!  Not just decrease a weight but also can tone up your body.

My current measurement roughly:

W: 55
Body fat: 21% which is still high
Water: 55
Muscle:75%

sb skg dah msuk 3 bln diet xmkn mlm.. n hari2 berjalan n the calories burn lebih kurang 100..
but guess what? my weight increase!! skitnye hati!!!
klau mak org xpe, ni ank dara..malu sgt2!! n tension!! klau boleh nk hilang dlm 13kg..

pastu i have problem with lower body parts..mencik sgt dgn bontot ni!!!!

Finally someone give me the current measurement.

how about the cm? For me personally cm will be the main focus coz different penimbang will give different bacaan untuk body fat%, muscle % and visceral fat but it can become your bench mark to monitor your achievement.

ohya forgot to mention ... I am 153 cm and I DO NOT have good genetic in term of kurus or good skin. I need to do something to achieve it.

Topic of today will be Carbohydrate

Try limiting our carbohydrate intake, it is important to note that I also choose particular carbohydrates to eat. Complex carbohydrates are an important source of energy and we couldn’t operate properly without them. They hold vitamins and minerals, and can be found in yoghurt, fruit, vegetables, and beans for example. However, if we eat too many carbohydrates, more specifically, if we eat them at times when our body is less likely to convert them to energy (ie. with dinner) this is when they are stored as fat.
The carbohydrates that I stay away from are simple sugars. With little nutritional value, these can be found in biscuits, chocolates, soft drinks, and lollies etc.

Kerana kita dibesarkan dengan makan nasi ... This is the one yg mutia stop juga... Nasi just 'normal' carbohydrate yg kita makan setiap hari. Jika nak turun berat badan, jangan juga ambil brown rice tetapi jika dalam stage maintenance then this time around boleh include brown rice but neverr normal white rice.

Complex carbohydrate yg mutia selalu consume everyday adalah sayuran. Mutia juga tambah sweet potatoes (ubi).

Mostly sayuran dan ubi mutia akan steam. Jika sayuran mutia buat goreng, Mutia hanya gunakan coconut oil. Coz my husband tak suka rasa coconut oil, then mutia buat nisbah balance adding olive oil coz olive oil akan buat rasa coconut oil dissapear.

Semasa nak steam pun untuk sayuran, jangan sampai layu dan lembik .... Keluarkan dia semasa masih crunchy tetapi sudah masak.

Untuk 3 hari pertama sewaktu kita stop nasi ... It will be the most difficult step ... After 3 days .... Ur body get used to it and you don't want to even touch nasi anymore.

At first u will feel ur food tak kenyang ... But sabar .... After 3 days your stomach will give signal thats ur full. Untuk replace nasi punya portion ... Eat more sayur dengan protein.

So please, sesiapa yg ikut this step ... Do comment below and give ur though and feel when u r stopping eating nasi.

I'm 169cm, I'm got really big size genetics actually, america size.huhu. most of them got their xxl size after getting married and ofcz it will make me afraid too

Btw in terms of shape I will say grateful coz got both asset, boobs and butt.. just need to maintain it.

Same as nasi uda ... They r 'normal' carbohydrate.

actually after I stop nasi, now I appreciate more foods coz I can detect their taste better.

80% fit woman and they have big mountain, the mountain r not real.

In term of inspiration from celebrity body... Who that might be cikpinkish?

Wholeweat bread boleh uda .. Mutia makan as my breakfast only 1 slice.

Potatoes is big no no.

sweet potatoes and pumpkin is one of complex carbohydrate.

carbohydrate is not the enemy kat sini ... We just need to consume the 'good' carbohydrate.

Yes..yes agree, u know most of fitness model got their fake boobs especially. We can't change the fact that once we lose weight our boobs also shrink, if let say if before cup c, it wil turn to cup b definitely.

Talk about who might be my inspiration, of course i've one. Her name is CLAUDIA SAMPEDRO, you guys can google it. This girl from colombia, hard to find local ladies that can be a role. this is reality that they got the lifestyle fitness culture. Most of them proud and work damn hard to get the desire body unlike malaysian people they like to eat unhealthy food and too DEPENDS on slimming pills and ubat2an that might be harm our health. Talking abt slimming pills- td dlm meeting, sorang kakak ni crita yg her officemate pass away after fell down in the toilet. Resulting in bleeding dlm brain. Checked mmg high pressure, around 240.
Dr pelik sebab takkanlah tiba2 arwah ni dpt high blood tiba2. Dia tanya hubby arwah ni apa yg arwah ni makan and hubby dia kata yg arwah consume slimming pills, dlm 2bulan. Dr kata slimming pills tu contains sibutamin and sangat merbahaya.
And ada lah reveal, product yg arwah consume. This product is local and claimed as 100% dr herbs.
So, kalau nak lose weight, kenalah jaga permakanan and exercise. No slimming pills.
