yep, sia pun selalu gitu... guna perencah instant.... sebab sia malas mo spend hours and hours masak then makan dalam masa 1/2 jam. sia rasa membazir masa ja.

Sia suka masakan simple like guna tu instant perencah dan stir fry.

Dulu masa bujang-bujang lagilah, tinggal saturang ja di rumah basar... semua masakpun stir fry ja.... hehehehehehe

Kecuali masa weekend bila  ada ex-juniors yg kerja dan masih belajar di semenanjung masa tu dan tunang sia ( hb sudah now) dtg, so rumah tu jadi penuh ;), barulah mo masak yg banyak banyak.

drp spend hours mo sedia dan masak, bagus sia masak simple but sedap dan save hours to spend with my family and other things work smart orang bilang

sambil tingu AF, sambil wat cake ..inilah hasilnya....knp atas kek tuh pecah yek???
pengkritik cakap, sedap.tq tomb for the recipe :clap:..lg2 bila sia letak choc topping resepi moist cake si mac.thanks to mac...finally..the first cake i baked myself





pasnih mo try cheese cake si mac pulak....

napa kek tu pecah... mo tanya si TomB yang pakar kek.

Congrates!.. akhirnya berjaya juga ko buat kek... yang paling penting org yg makan tu puji dan suka.... itulah kepuasan yg sebenarnya, betul nda sky?

try jgn nda terai cheese cake tu pasti menjadi... mo kena sabar ja lah mo tunggu beberapa jam dalam fridge

sia weekend ni, 2 kali sudah buat moist kek ( my resipilah) sebab buat pertama kali tu, ada kawan kawan my hubby datang... abis dorang makan semua .. terpaksa lah buat lagi utk stok di rumah minggu ni dan utk bawa pi ofis kasi kawan kawan   makan.

pecah tu nda da masalah..andang-andang tu...lagi pun mo kasi hias icing atau simpan krim dia...putung rata di atas then kasi terbalik dulu...biar yang pecah tu di bawah...memang itu teknik dia...

sinang ja baking pula kan sky..... utk resipi yg sinanglah, kalau resipi yg banyak ingredient tu, si tomb ja yg pakar buat... sia takut kek yg banyak ingredients ( actually  malas bah tu.. )

tadi sia baru ja siap buat sokolat chips cookies..... seperti biasa buat something yg simple punya resipi....

klu moist choc cake yg resipi sia kasi hari tu, lepas masa memang keras di atas dia, tapi kek ni kan, kalau mo lagi sedap, potong-potong dia lepas tu simpan dalam balang kedap udara, lepas sehari dua, lagi sedap dan moist rasa dia...., sebab sia selalu tidak letak toping... sebab mesti inda abis makan punya. tpai lepas sehari dua tu, rasa dia lagi moist, tia perlu letak toping pun sedap.

owww.in that case i'll stick with kraft la...mo pigi beli bhn di bake with yen or kedai manis today...di kk ada bake with me bah kan? kedai yg sama jugak tuh..kdg2 my sis slallu suruh sia kirim bahan dr sini sebab di kk sudah abis... harituh dia kehabisan almond..nah mo dekat RM100.00 bah cost courier jak
yg marahnya, dua2 kedai di atas nih bukak opis hour bah...adeiiii.....

sini KK ada banyak kadai jual bahan2 kek ba..di lintas ja ada 2 kadai..BWM & Sincere..di damai ada "consfood"..di luyang ada "pelangi", di servay & CKS pun ada..banyak suda pilihan..
