a'kum....

resepi pau akak tu saya dah wat...sedap..... 500gm tpg dpt 18 bj... tp anak2, adik2 n husband mkn tak cukup... esok nampaknye kena wat lg... sbb nurul smpat mkn 1 bj je geram tul...

ingat try wat puding roti bakar, bleh bg resepi akak..... dlm ternet ada cam2 cara.... klu bleh     nak tau gak cara dan bahan2 akak....

Hai keng kawan.... tengah bosan.... so online jap, ada sape2 tak tau resepi pau yang sedap cam kat kedai putih lg gebu....

nurul wat pau cam resepi yg k.liza k c tu jadi tu jd tp bla dh cam kenyal2 skit geram tul........   tp ape2 pun abih gak adik2 mkn.....

Pau nie mcm yg kero dan kak maisya dah cuba....cuma pau kita nie mewah sngt kaler dia naik pinau tengok..orng kedah sure suka punya.. ..

First makan Pau Inti Daging..ok jugak yerk..rasanya pau jenis2 nie elok guna inti camnie..kalaui inti yg agak cair , sure dia meleleh skit..rasa2 jerlah... , guna resepi pau cam biasa tp ltk baking powder biasa jer..ok jugak..selalunya guna double baking.

kenape yunis wat pau tak putih gebu cam kat kedai tu..walau pun yunis guna tepung pau..

Bahan-bahan
1 kg tepung Pau (Hong Kong flour)
8 gm yis kering
18 gm baking powder
100 gm gula
30 gm shortening
10 gm voltex/bread improver
2 sudu teh ovalet
500 gm air


Cara Membuatnya
  • Masuk semua bahan kering dan gaul rata dalam mixer.
  • Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit.
  • Masukkan yis dan gula.
  • Masukkan shortening.
    Uli lembut.

  • Bentukkan doh kecil-kecil dan isi inti.
Peram 20 - 25 minit.
Kukus 8 - 10 minit.

inti ayam (yang inti karipap tu)

tp bau yis agk kuat la

sedap nya.. nak pi uat pau la    eh... pi kukus pau segera.. ada dlm peti ais tu


pau redbean segera mmg sedap

len kali leh cuba uat sendrik.. cam best je ada resepi2 kat sini
