hiro stay kat mane......rasenye kan Caramel lam bottle pon jarang ade jual kat sini. ade sesape pernah x terjumpe ngan Caramel ni.....kalau xde caramel bottle tu kan hiro boleh tak agak nye kalau kite buat cara hangus kan gula tu cam nak buat cream caramel..... |

Hiro kat US. Boleh buat caramel sendiri...lagi sedap ...actually itu lagi digalakkan, sebabnya kat US ni semua pakai instant (orang malas)...heheh. |

Tak...Wilton. Kat US kat supermarket banyak jual Wilton dari Nordic Ware (even Nordic Ware made from US)...banyak product Nordic Ware yang cantik2 online, tapi kat luar jarang lak I nampak. Wilton kat sini murah sesangat. Acuan tu I beli kurang US10.00. |

kak kacip, actually dh lama saya cari resipi luk Chup ni.. tp tak tau ape nama dia.. selalu ade kt hantaran org. tapi kalau Xtau nama camne nk cari resipi kan.. bila baca kt majalah RASA baru tau nama then cari resipi, baru lah dpt try.. ni resipi dari blog http://auntyyochana.blogspot.com
Ingredients:
150 gm. Mung beans - soak overnight
100 gm. sugar
100 gm. fresh coconut milk
a pinch of salt
few pieces of pandan leaves
Agar agar for dipping:
300 ml. water
10 gm. agar agar powder
50 gm. sugar
Method:
(1) Steam mung beans till soft and then blend finely.
(2) Mix blended mung beans with sugar, coconut milk and pandan leaves and fry in a kwali till almost dry. Don't fry too dry otherwise it will be very hard to mould.
(3) Cool the paste and then pinch some mung beans and mould into small fruits. Use a tooth pick or satay stick to poke into the mung beans, then let it stand in a tin.
(4) Colour the moulded mung beans with edible colouring using a brush.
(5) Dip the coloured mung beans into hot agar agar a few times. The more times you dip the more crunchy it gets. Leave to set and chill it before serving. |

me pon suka bengkang ubi kayu niiii tp lebih suka yg kaler coklat nye. yg guna gula merah tu rasenye.....dedolu kat kg selalu makan. laaaa ni susah nak dpt.....heheheee akceli x reti nak buat. even zaman kecik2 byk kali dah nengok org buat kuih ni. ummi amik recipe kat archive ke??? |

umi, nak bingka ubi. sedapnya....... Last 2 weeks masa balik kuala kangsar, pakcik ada buat bingka ubi ni sampai 3 loyang sebab ubinya cabut kat belakang rumah. Tapi yang tak bestnya, dia buat kurang manis. Kalau la manis hari tu, mau seloyang kuhabiskan.... |
