Mana tau dia stress laki buat perangai. Tu yg nk fit balik tu. Klu laki sheolls tak mcm tu i rasa dia pon takdela nak gi gym time2 pantang ni. Better peluk cium baby baru kat umah.

Tak perlu gigih ber gym pun nokss nak slim dan dapat kan body macam dia tu..

Pantang je elok2, makan makanan sihat.. jaga minda supaya tak stress so that susu boleh keluar banyak..

By the way minah ni memang ada darah DKK ke?? Kuat sangat baka Tamil nadu nya. Cantik tu cantik. Tapi versi Tamil la

Yup yup. I rasa sbb kawan I ni rajin ke gym n buat aktiviti kot. N quite workaholics. Byk bg anak kat maid n mak. Dah balik gym pun sure nak rehat dulu kan. Bukan terus breastfeed. Tu yg lama2 jd kurang susu dia.

betul, kagum betul tengok perut dah tegang balik, lagipun masa pregnant pun dia jaga pemakanan, so tak heranlah kannn dpt fit balik dlm masa singkat.  belum tentu yg berpantang kaw2 lepas bersalin dpt body balik mcm sebelum pregnant kalau tak jaga pemakanan

wehh tengkiyu sgt2 suarakan isi ati aku..kalau real mom nk kencing pon berlari2 kot..ngan nak pump susu lagi..kesian kan..
bkn dengki tp ni la realiti..hidup mcm gini mmg fairy tales sgt unless ade maid dan ongkayo..kalau ade maid pon xkesian ke tggalkan baby lama2..plg koman mau 3-4 jam jugak ni skali minum2 lepas penat p gym..beruntung la idup ko weh wlupon laki ko cureng..

Yess badan mcm dia tu cuma boleh dapat dengan amalan pemakanan yg sihat dan senaman yg konsisten.
Ramai org bleh turun berat masa  dlm pantang dan berjaya  kurus tp kurus jela tang perut lembek dan gelebeh.
Org tgk gambar kita mmg la puji wahh kurus la blablaaa tapi hakikatnya nampak kurus bila berbaju tapi bila bukak baju kita sendiri pun tak selera tgk, kulit perut boleh dicubit cengkam bagai.
Bukan senang nak dapat perut tegang kemas cam tu terutama bagi perempuan lepas beranak,lower abs yg mantap bila pakai bikini pun cun jaaa dah tentu ianya bukan usaha sehari dua tapi dah bertahun2 dengan disiplin yg tinggi.

Mungkin dia buat diet ketat kot, diet ketat memang la boleh mengurangkan susu juga.
Sebab tu kalau nak nyusukan anak takleh la nk mkn ciput sangat, dah stop bf barulah boleh buat.
