I believe.. population narcissist banyak dekat ofis i sbb nak masuk sini pun dipilih di kalangan creme de la creme je..
And mostly talented and bright people.. takde orang biasa2 kat sini.. mostly orang hebat2...
And kalo u biasa2 tak reti mingle.. you will just stay as an exec or manager je la sampai retire...
Yes.. organization ni very competitive... kalo u tak bagus, gaji pun biasa2 je, bonus pun biasa2 je.. so semua org kena visible, competitive utk dapat naik pangkat, gaji dan bonos lebat... so ini menjadikan this organization becoming good "breeding" ground for narcissist....
