no worries. Saya tahun ni azam nak diet + exercise sekali. Pelan2 kayuh, yang penting ada target.
Lunch selalunya saya amik lean protein.( ni copy dari blog saya jer) . Saya suka bayam.
This is my lunch for today, Spinach salad with tuna. I always stock up on the canned tuna, either chilly tuna or the tuna in brine. If you are on a diet mission, tuna in oil is a NO, NO.
spinach
1 can of tuna in brine
1 onion ( thinly sliced)
salt & pepper to taste
lemon juice
olive oil
1) Boil the spinach until wilted. Drain well.
2) Combine onion, tuna , salt , pepper and lemon juice. Stir well.
3) Add in the spinach.
4) Sprinkle some olive oil give them a good toss. 5) Serve to plate and sprinkle some fried shallots.
If you are trying to lose weight, this is a good option for a healthier lunch meal.
Besides, tuna gives you the protein you need. Give it a try and let me know ya....
