Kesian keluarga dia ... They should saman the company who create the slimming pill ... It will not bring her back but at least her family dapat pampasan untuk meneruskan their journey without her.

I never NEVER consume slimming pil ... Never believe in it .... I don't believe in short cut ... If the short cut exist and its healthy, everybody will be fit but the truth is ... Tak pun.

semasa ada anak pertama dan selepas umurnya 7 bulan, kita sekeluarga jalan2 ke jakarta ... Then it hit me .... That time I did not feel I was fat because sekeliling mutia lebih besar badannya terutama my siblings n friends .... Pergi ke jakarta jer then Mutia rasa mutia gemuk coz everyone r slim n look beautiful wearing clothes.

Talking about slimming center lak .... Tak yah ler pergi ... I've been there dan mereka memang pandai pujuk dan hina kita at the same time supaya kita sign up their package. Jika sesiapa yg pernah sign up, mereka akan suruh kita jaga pemakanan .... Time tue kita akan ikut coz dah beribu riban duit habis kan ... Packagepun habis dan kita pun dah kecil sedikit ... Mereka akan pujuk lagi sign up package ttp kita tolak krn harganya yg mahal atau waktu kita tak der. Berhenti jer program slimming nie ... Our old habits come back (in terms of pemakanan) dalam masa 6 bulan tanpa sedar kita pun 'bam' balik. Its like bakar duit beribu tue dan timing yg kita spend tue.

kesimpulannya ... Jika kita ada ilmu dan kita implementing it and see result n we still eating clean healthy food n our body nourish all the time and make it as fuel for our daily activity .... We can stick with the program and without u realize it, u give clean healthy meal to ur family too, to ur kids n husband. Our kids will grown up as healthy women and men.

Just remember ... You are what you eat .... Knowledge and Willing is powerful weapon to be healthy and fit

Talking about inspirasi ... Yeah everyone need to have it to keep us going when suddenly we are so lazy or disscourage.

My inspiration are Victoria Secret Models ... Coz most of them are mothers. Terutama Miranda Kerr (even though she no longer VS model). Everytime I feel lazy and feel discourage, I will play victoria secret catwalk show to get me motivated and focus.

my first sister, her inspirasi is me ... She told me that. My second sister was like, kenapalah kakak nak bersaing dengan adik lak. Then I reply, tak per coz ianya saingan yg sihat dan I am happy that I change her life in good way.

Now I want to change more people life to be healthier, fitter and happier women

Yup betul tu, slimming center too costing, beribu riban akan habis, diorg akn bg schedule suruh jgn makan 2minggu, hari2 kene skipping 100x, this is friend's experience. She told me, semua tu buang duit bila dia pikir2 blk, no magic pills in the world nor no slimming center that can promise us get back our shape of just use the machine that they provide, if yes pasti lingkup semua gym pusat2 senaman.

Btw sis mutia, mybe Im younger than u kot Im 28 years old still single :p lets share your fitness journey. What your regular exercise that u previously did?

Hi all,

I agree with all those sliming centre. Let me share my experience, I mmg dari azali chubby, and I got hypothyroid lg berat susah nak turun. Tp berat naik mendadak since umur 24 now 29. But im not blaming my hypothyroid 100%, sebab my nature I mmg kuat makan huhuhu.

I try mcm2 product kurus/fat burner/jus diet, turun sikit je, tuh pun seksa xleh makan bende lain.

Then I nekad buat liposuction, I buat byk tempat, perut/lengan/kaki/lovehandle. it doesn't make you kurus, its just shaping your body. Tapi tak jaga makan within a year dah naik balik.

Then ade org recommend amik program HCG, u can google about that program basicly doctor bg hormone untuk inject kat perut, and its help to burn your fat. Tp hari2 kena makan tak lebih 500 kalori. after that program makan tak jaga mmg naik balik, naik lagi banyak.

After that I mmg totally give up dah, sampai skrg pun mcm nak give up. Tp bila I tgk cermin I hate myself sbb dah gemok. I xkan amik pic sendiri, even selfie pun tak. I need to do something about it.

Mintak tunjuk ajar sis Mutia , I try to cut down rice, tp I ni jenis selalu lepak kuar ngan kawan2, bila lepakkat kedai mamak, confirm akan order kopi o, nasi lemak , rpti canai. In this case mcm mana nak stay healthy and still keep socializing, because our culture food will be always part of socializing.

Yup I know socilizing will be chalengging to control what we can eat.
Beside hang out with ur friends, berjaya tak control example nasi or mee?

These steps what you can do:
1. Prepare meal on weekend. Hari ahad tue make your time to prepare foods then masuk dalam tupperware. Untuk 2 hari yg berikutnya, masuk tupperware ke tempat peti sejuk, manakala tupperware yg lain masuk kat tempat freezer. Another option will be seal bag.

2. Hanging out can kedai mamak memang tak der clean food but choose a better one. Contohnya order air teo o kosong instead atau teo o limau panas kosong atau sejuk atau just plain water. But kosong will be important. If my husband want to eat at kedai mamak, I will choose mertabak ayam for me, its not good option but its better option coz its plenty of protein. I will split 2 the murtabak, only half I eat at mamak store, the other half bungkus for my husband the next morning breakfast (masuk dalam peti sejuk). Or I just grab 1 chicken curry at mamak and eat it with 1 slice bread (bread bring from home wholemeal bread)

bean its good protein and complex carbohydrate option ... Go for it.

Lagi satu I dpt drp meeting tu(pengerusi ckap Kat dpn, kami kat blkg sibuk gossip) ttg sorang staff ni. Dulu dia weigh 167 kg and now dah jadi 67 kg. Dapat turn lebih drp separuh. Dia amalkan diet Atkins and exercise utk tone kan muscle gym dah mengelebeh.
i ni nak turunkan dlm 3 kg aje, nak kuruskan area perut

Clean eating dear.

nasi is not important  ... U can eat ubi instead or black rice.

not everybody setuju dengan clean eating but this method u can implemented it the rest of your life.

after I implemented clean eating ... My waist line paling terkecil sekarang compare sewaktu kawin apatah lagi ada anak.

we eat at the right time, the right portion and the right type. Don't starve yourself.

My abs already developt bentuk muscle (which never happen to me even though time anak dara) ... So I believe it can work for you
