Inter boss Roberto Mancini has invited his club to make a summer bid for Roma抯 Francesco Totti.

"If (owner) Massimo Moratti could buy anybody then I would ask for Totti," said the Nerazzurri boss.

"I know it is simple and obvious answer but he is able to make a difference to any side in the world. Totti is an extraordinary player."

Totti抯 future in the capital is in doubt given that his present contract expires in the summer of 2006.

He抯 publicly stated that he would like to remain with the Giallorossi but only if the club can convince him that they will be able to fight for major honours.

Yet Mancini believes that Totti抯 close links with the city

UDINE – A late equaliser from Swedish forward Henok Goitom on his Serie A debut saw Udinese hold Inter to a 1-1 draw in Saturday evening’s Week 25 clash at the Friuli Stadium.

Inter looked to be on their way to bagging all three points with Juan Veron's unstoppable long-range shot on 58 minutes the only difference between the two sides. But Goitom popped up in the last minute of normal time to head home from close range and give Udinese a share of the points.

The result sees Inter remain third in the table, but AC Milan's last-gasp win at home to Cagliari increases the gap to eleven points ahead of next weekend's derby. In between, the Nerazzurri visit Porto this Wednesday in the Uefa Champions League first knockout round 1st leg.

aikkk... draw la jugak?  wats with inter and draw results nih?  i bet a lot on inter coz aku was thinking guarantee menang punyer la semalam. but i hope inter would go thru ke next stage.  peluang lebih berat n cerah kpd inter.

Julio Cesar has been officially presented by Chievo Verona on Thursday morning.
The Brazilian goalkeeper will end the season with the Flying Donkeys, but in summer he will join Inter as the Nerazzurri signed Cesar from Flamengo and sent him to Chievo for experience.

揑抦 happy to be in Italy where it is very difficult to play for a foreign goalkeeper,

PORTO - Inter were held to a 1-1 draw by Porto in Wednesday's Uefa Champions League round of sixteen first leg at the Estadio do Dragao, Obafemi Martins' first-half effort cancelled out by a Ricardo Costa equaliser after the restart.

The Nigerian striker fired Inter ahead on 24 minutes, slotting home his fifth European goal of the season from close range after Dejan Stankovic took on Seitaridis before crossing. Porto equalised on 61 minutes when Ricardo Costa blasted into the back of the net from a yard out after Costinha's instinctive ball into the Nerazzurri six-yard box.

As the game wore on Favalli and Cordoba both picked up bookings which rule the two defenders out of the return leg on 15 March, then in a dramatic finale Martins and Cambiasso were both denied a late winner by an inspired Vitor Baia.
